Good home town feel pizza! but not out of your way pizza

Amazing pizza! A little pricey, but you get what you pay for in quality.

Kitchen is scary. Flies come out of the drain in the summer. The sinks back up into each other. I could go on. I'm guessing they pass health inspection because they are a local legend, but even the pizza itself is inferior due to high employee turnover rate. Nobody cares. Sometimes people don't even use the entire cheese cup for pizzas, which is just greedy. The customer paid for that. Truly abominable, and while I love their original crust, I do not go here anymore.

Pizza is absolutely delicious and some of our favorite ever! Fabulous crust, fresh and tasty toppings, and the pesto dipping sauce is out of this world! Will definitely return next time we are in the area.

This is the best pizza I've ever had. I love all the toppings you can choose from. Their signature pizzas are amazing as well.

Everytime I travel from North Carolina to Michgan I stop by this place. They got the most delicious pizzas that I have ever tasted in my life. Staff are so friendly and welcoming. I recommend everyone to try it. Im looking forward to come by again.

Pizza was not good. Poor quality. There are better options available nearby. This not best place. poor services. They charged me extra 69 cents for a small cup of ranch. Poor poor.

I just wasn't impressed with their specialty pizzas. We had a Godzilla and a Stranglehold, and they just weren't that good. I live in Columbus, Ohio, and visit my kids that live in Athens. My sons (that now live in Athens) tell me the non-specialty cheese and/or peperonni are very good, but I have not tried them yet, but I am planning to give the cheese and peperonni a try, and I suspect they will be good.

Best in Athens. No contest at all. If Athens were to adopt an official food of the city it would have to be avalanche pizza.
