This place is the cats pajamas! I always walk out feeling amazing and runway ready. I m not one for keeping up with my hair but Kellie was able to make my hair look better than ever. They take pride in their work here and make you feel important! Will definitely continue to come back!:)
Let me start by saying not only was the owner Autumn friendly and warm on the phone when I called, but she was extremely gracious when I told her that I needed a cut and color last minute after being turned away (rudely) from Ulta salon when I arrived 20 minutes late to my hair appointment due to traffic in the winter garden village area. She said that even though they were booked up for the day she would absolutely squeeze me in for a cut and color and to swing by when I could. When I got to the salon she was finishing up a blow dry on another client and took me 5 minutes later. I was their last customer for the day and they kept the salon open just to finish my hair. Autumn did a fantastic job with my color and cut and I couldn't have been more pleased with my experience. I thanked her a million times for taking me last minute and keeping the salon open late for me and she was so sweet about it and told me not to apologize, she was happy to do so. Thank you so much Autumn I will absolutely will be back to your salon!!! :)
I took my mom to get a hair cut for the first time in a salon. This pretty sweet girl named Liana did such a great job. She also did my color and haircut and it came out better than i expected. The staff are all pretty girls and very friendly. They all helped one another. I would definately go back and recommend this salon.
Karli is amazing! I've been going to her for years and have always been throwing around the idea of getting a body wave. When I finally decided to do it, Karli was great and walked me through everything and really made me feel at ease about doing something that was going to change my hair (I have naturally straight hair). She has also colored my hair in the past and I have always received compliments from people about how great my colors/highlights and cuts look!

Liana always does my hair. I send her a picture, make my appointment and everything is always great. All the girls are very friendly and make you feel very comfortable. They answer all your questions and have a good understanding of what you're asking for and how to get it done. If something isn't right, they will correct it with no argument. I don't trust my hair to any other salon!
My usual hair dresser moved away, and I met Hazel for the first time a few days ago. She was awesome, and gave me the best cut I ve had in a long time. Feels good to know your in the right hands!!!

My friends and I walked in for a consultation. when we walked in the hair stylists were all busy which was fine no big deal. The lady with light tan hair came to us and said she'll be with us. So we took a seat. We waited for her to finish cutting a mans hair. So when she finished she was talking to him as if we weren't there. Literally talked to him for 10 minutes. We got tired of waiting. So we walked out. She didn't even say bye or say sorry for the wait, nothing. We would have loved to have done our hair but she paid no attention to us and seemed far too focused on a guy she clearly wanted to bang.
My first time here, and definitely not the last! I've never felt as comfortable in a salon, as I did here. As soon as you walk in, there's a flow of positive energy. Hazel was AMAZING!!
I made a pretty late and last minute appointment, the other day. I've had hair down to my rear for a very long time, and was nervous to get it cut to my shoulders. All the ladies there were so reassuring, supportive, and you'd think you've known them years, with how friendly they were! I believe no matter who you get here, you'll have an amazing experience. Hazel will definitely be my go to, from now on! Highly recommend her!
She answered any questions I had, listened to exactly what I wanted, was very outgoing, and didn't rush a bit! Took her time with everything, even when it hit over closing time. This was such a pleasant experience, and well worth every penny. Definitely passing this place to friends, and family!!

i go to manyyy wax centers in orlando but do NOT go here for waxing! i have massive scars all over my face and im on my way to vacation for the holidays! when she was waxing my face, there was still hair left over, so i told her wax it again bc the hair is still there, skin peeled off. u can say its bc i put it on again but if u put the wax on a hotter temp and pressed on to it more, it would come off better and i wouldnt have hair leftover. i got a cotton swabbed oil at the end, usually wax ladies massage ur face when they apply oil or put more than a drop of oil. soo weird there was no mirror for me to refer to at hand, i had to get up and show her but then she couldnt see bc there wasnt much light where the mirror was lol. then i was putting their wax on myself so what am i paying for? i wax muchh better at home than here im so upset this is my 1st review in my life and i had to bc i dont even want a single pic of mine taken w fam w what she did. its insane, when i told the manager- NO sorry just simple ok thankss and charged me lol if she was smart, she'd take off some when i even showed her the scars coming up. she couldnt even accept any mistake. my skin burns so much right now. her wax was cold too, hot wax = effective bc cold doesnt get hair out, thats y it was such a fail. i cant believe this. it has nothing to do w wanting ur money back, i just want to save someone else from having a similar experience. they must be good w hair which is what the reviews r for, but waxing :O aaah!

I was a walk-in and was seen almost instantly for a shampoo, cut style and dry with Kellie. The shampoo was really nice with a scalp massage. She listened to what I wanted for my style and was able to deliver. The blow dry at the end was the most intricate blow dry I have ever had. Kellie is very thorough and meticulous with work and pays special attention to detail. I left very satisfied and happy to have found a new local salon. Thank you!

Autumn Nucci is the best! Ive been going to Liana for quite a while and always get just what i ask for. The girls tag team and help each other when needed, its great. Only had a scheduling issue once and it was computer error, but Autumn stepped in and she and Liana made room for me. I give them 10 stars and reccommend them to everyone!

I went in for the first time today and this was by far the best experience I have had in a long time at a salon. I was greeted by the most lovely and helpful receptionist who made me feel at home right from the start. This set off the whole experience in the right direction. Then the stylist, Liana, made me feel very comfortable and gave the best haircut I have had in years. She even had suggestions that took up more of her time but the results were well above expectations. They now have a permanent customer.
Ojemah is great and the salon is very nice. It has a calming affect nice music, organized and clean.

Yvette did such a beautiful job on my hair. My hair was solid black and with her skills and patience she was able to get it to the color I wanted. I would highly recommend Yvette and I m happy that I found a great salon!

Kellie is absolutely phenomenal. I leave every appointment feeling like a million bucks. I always just give her a general idea of what I want and then give her creative license to do what she feels like doing and she never disappoints. My color always looks incredible, my hair feels so healthy and I get so many compliments. Kellie is such a sweetheart and an extremely talented hair stylist. I can't say enough about how fantastic she is and how much I love this salon.

It's a fast paced world we live in and I am always on the go with four kids. I just LOVE when I can give my girl Karli Spencer over at Autumn Nucci Salon a call to fix my hair! She is very flexible and listens to how I want my hair done. When I want to blow out these natural curly locks for a change, switch up the color or add highlights, she is my "Go-To" Hair Specialist!
I trust her with all four of my kids too. From little boy cut and styles, to homecoming hair for my teenagers, Karli takes care of us all!
First experience was Terrible. I walked in for my first ever appointment only to find out the stylist called in sick. They placed me with another stylist. She took 3.5 hrs to do a partial highlight and I left with a blotchy, chunky, discolored mess. Do not recommend.
Update 4 days later: the owner contacted me and apologized for the above, redid my color and I left with a full refund and beautiful balayage. She knows what she s doing. I m happy with the end result, no damage to my hair, and much better than the first go around.
