Nice centre but with a lot of disadvantages.. Not so happy to have changed it because I moved from Putney to S. Ealing. It is very hard to book appointments even in case of urgency. After a couple of days with severe pain around throat and ear, I had to go to a hospital to be taken care because of a early quinsy as the only thing I came by with Ealing centre was a phone call in which the GP asked me some questions and of course the outcome was distorted. On top of that in the previous GP in Putney, they used to call me twice a year in order to check my platelets. In Ealing, at my first visit, I was told by a GP that there was no point to have my platelets checked.

Called to inquire about repeat prescription and why hasnt been done for 8 days waiting...Was told that request for those diabetic pills was never done since 2018? Requested an appointment with the doctor and it was scheduled in three weeks when the remaining pills are for two weeks....Interesting care isnt it?....Unacceptable in modern days....

This is not a review.

This is not a review.
Thinking about signing up, so reading the reviews and it doesn't sound good, especially the replays. But there is nothing better around, unless you are able to go private.

As the Practice Manager of Ealing Park Health Centre I am sad to read this review. Please get in touch with me so that I can help to resolve your problem. As we do not have a patient at our practice with the name you use to post your review, I cannot get in touch with you, which I would have liked to have done. I hope to hear from you soon.

I have been a patient here for 16 years and have always found the GPs to be approachable, available and very professional. Dr Pigott in particular should be singled out for praise despite what reviewer "J Brent" states. She is thoughtful and gives it to you straight - some people maybe don't want to hear the truth. She would be my preferred choice but all the GPs I've seen here are excellent. Even the much maligned reception staff are polite and helpful. Keep up the good work!

Despite several 1 star ratings, this surgery still does not want to turn the negative reviews in to positives. The reception staff have always been rude and inconsiderate. To make this a better surgery, management need to replace reception staff or at least give them intense training. They are unhappy, unprofessional and above all rude. If management would like to get in touch I will happily explain the reasons for this review. Other GP surgery s are much more friendly and I am pleased to be leaving this practice. If I was a secret shopper, I would question who has employed rude staff considering we pay for this service and expect to be treated like human beings!

Horrible receptionists. Rude staff. They talk to you in a tone as if they don't care. They get even more rude and cut of the phone if you correct them. In this day and age they expect yoi to walk in to the surgery and request a repeat prescription, they will not do it over the phone. And when you make a complaint to managment they completely turn it around and make up allegations that you were the rude one. Their customer service is non existent. Avoid this surgery. This is what's wrong with the nhs.

I wrote a reference some time ago, which seems to have been deleted so here goes again!

I have been a patient at Ealing Park Health Centre for a long time going back to when Dr Petroni was the primary GP, which is quite some years.

I would warn anyone thinking of registering at this surgery to think twice, Dr Pigott has on numerous occasions demonstrated that she is rude, arrogant, and lacks any kind of empathy when dealing with patients. And, for the record has shown she is capable of being deceitful in order to protect her reputation.

If you really must use this surgery then be very careful of Dr Pigott, try to ensure you only see this individual in the company of a friend or family member.

Note to Ms L Foote: I am indeed a patient at this surgery! Like the other reviews, I am reluctant to disclose my details, but more for fear of reprisal by the practise you represent. If you were truly capable of helping, then me, my family and friends would welcome a discussion. However, you have only ever demonstrated that you accept lies from a doctor who is merely protecting their reputation. We would never approach you for help.

It is very clear that PCTs, along with the NHS are prepared to overlook doctors such as Pigott, until of course something hits the media through the individuals negligence. And, it will happen with this doctor, it's just a matter of time.

Great doctor surgery. Really helpful advice and doctors usually are good and take time to listen to you and understand your needs. Nurses are also available which is great for advice on things like diet and pain management.

I was registered in this surgery for 2 years and a half and sadly, since I moved I will have to change it. Never had a bad experience of any kind.
The receptionists are very polite and each apppintment I had was always done proffesionally.

Hopeless. It took 3 weeks to get an appointment, I turned up for my 9am appointment today and waited until 9.40am to be told that the Doctor was running a further 25 minutes late. I had to be at work for 10am for my own clients- so I had to leave. All I required was a repeat prescription! I received a text message a few hours later asking if I would recommend the clinic to a friend?! Utterly useless.

I went to a private GP later that day. I will never return. Avoid this clinic.
