First experience was Terrible. I walked in for my first ever appointment only to find out the stylist called in sick. They placed me with another stylist. She took 3.5 hrs to do a partial highlight and I left with a blotchy, chunky, discolored mess. Do not recommend.

Update 4 days later: the owner contacted me and apologized for the above, redid my color and I left with a full refund and beautiful balayage. She knows what she s doing. I m happy with the end result, no damage to my hair, and much better than the first go around.
