Despite still charging premium prices, they no longer have NOC staff on hand 24/7, and they've had a couple power failures over the years where their backup systems failed. This pretty much defeats the point of a data center. Plus a messed up building contract means any power work has to happen during business hours.

Spend 1 hour(!!!) talking with sales person on their "live chat" to get a quote for a dedicated server. After 1 hour asking questions ( with speed 1 question in 5 minutes) she said that she will transfer me to the specialist(!!!) But before she needs to take my phone number. When I said: "no, could you just give me a price". She answered that she refuses to give me a quote.

This is absolutely ridiculous! Such a waste of time! Read other reviews, looks like their service as bad as sales.

We are a non-profit with very little technical support. Our technical support made the error of not turning off our account when we changed our hosting. I asked Cogeco to refund any portion of the over $1200 billed to us for unused services - they didn't refund even the most recent partial month. I don't recommend doing business with companies that do not treat their customers with equity and compassion.
