Terrible customer service. They clearly "screen" their calls. No one answers. I mailed a check to pay for my alarm companies annual permit requirement on June 2, 2019. The bill was due June 21, 2019. A few weeks later, I received another bill from them, stating they still had not received payment. I began calling, leaving multiple voicemails to verify that they did not receive my check payment. No one ever answered nor returned my voicemails. On June 18, 2019, the automatic phone service was stating that the balance was still due, so I paid for the balance due and left a voicemail that since I had not received any communication back and had paid for the service via their automatic phone service, I was going to place a stop payment on the check I had mailed. The following day, I noticed that the had double charged my credit card for the payment and I called and left a message informing them. On June 21, 2019, I finally received a call from a rep that stated they had caught the second charge and were issuing a refund back to our credit card. A few weeks later, I received another bill from them stating that they had attempted to cash the check I mailed and had charged me a late payment fee and now a NSF charge. I still had not received the refund back on my card for the second double charge. My husband and I began calling again leaving voicemails for them to return our calls. When they finally call us back, we have waited on hold to speak to a manager/supervisor/someone in charge and they either are not working or will not come to the phone to speak to us. We were later informed that they send their refunds by check and when asked it should occur, they inform us that they do not know. When asked when we will hear from someone regarding the NSF charge we were informed that we would hear back in a few business days. Well, it has now been over a month. That is an unacceptable amount of business days. I did everything in my power to rectify this situation and this company has done nothing other than being intentionally difficult.

A person named Laxmi just texted me at 3:20am & claimed to be w/ this company's HR department asking me if I would be interested in interviewing for a position. I asked them why they were contacting me in the middle of the night & they said they're located in India however they texted me from a 469 #.
If you are going to outsource your HR departmental duties to India, make sure they're not contacting people in the States in the middle of the night!
They manage my city s alarm permitting. Horrible service.
Only for performers, people with wrong attitude cant survive as work ethics is the most important skill.
Great achievements by PMAM Inc. in such a short period of time. I Wish them the best for their brights future.
Product for police department, good customer service. Overall good company with good services.
I work for an alarm monitoring company in Washington State. I have been trying to get all of the city jurisdictions in line today. I have NEVER received such terrible service. The operators were rude & unhelpful ( I have talked to 3 just this morning, 4 calls in total) The first lady I spoke to told me she couldn't help me without my account number. I found that & called back. The gentleman I spoke to was able to retrieve my account & update my PW WITHOUT my account number. I called back a third time and spoke to him again for a separate city & he told me he had to email me a PW reset, even though he had JUST reset the PW over the phone for another city. I am still yet to receive the password reset an hour later. Both times he was rude & when I asked questions about how the process works, he basically told me he 'didn't know' & all the information would be on the website. I called back a 4th time and got a totally different person, & she was worst of all. She was sighing loudly at me as if my call was an inconvenience. I ended up hanging up on this gal as she was unable to answer any of my questions either & at this point I was so done with the situation & I expressed that to her.
There seems to be no consistency on what is actually needed when calling into them, as every time I called I was asked for different information. There seems to be no real understanding of the process itself, or at least a willingness to assist with questions. The Customer Service across the board is in desperate need of improvement. They do not do well explaining what they actually need from you. Some calls were based off of where my office is located, then other times it was based off of the city I was calling about.
At this point I hope that my involvement with their operators is slim to none as they make it very difficult to get help. I am just hoping none of my other local jurisdictions are using them as their 3rd party distributer for permits.
UPDATE: I wish I could say that my involvement with this company has disappeared but to my dismay it has not. I have switched companies that I work for and I am now with a completely different alarm company out of Colorado. Their customer service is Atrocious. I can NEVER get through to them on the first call, requiring me to wait for a call back. Which often doesn't happen. I sent an email to them on 8/27 in which I didn't receive a reply until 9/8 (after reaching out to them 3x) The response was from a supervisor who promised to get my answers. I finally got those answers on 9/9. However, I am STILL receiving responses to my original email as late as 11/2 asking if I have been taken care of. I have stopped responding and just delete those now. At this point I have chalked it up to these guys have no idea what they are doing. I deal with multiple jurisdictions & as stated before, I hope no more of the jurisdictions I work with move to this company. Now I am in a situation where I have an entire county of permits expiring on 12/31, & its now 12/8. I am trying to get my renewal list so these accounts don't go without a permit. But I have zero faith that I will even receive a call back at this point.
