I went the on Sunday 27 Oct 19 to get a new battery for my car. I got the new battery and it was fitted within 15 minutes. Great service Dinesh, I will definitely use AutoZone again.

Auto Zone doesn't have the original parts for your specific cars but gives you a good replacement of the parts you wanted to change. The service is very very good and quick. The wipers of my car needed replacement so even it was raining heavily outside the guy replaced them and even after opening one BOSCH wipers found that one is smaller than the other, he got it changed himself without any extra bill on me. Thanks

My petrol cap broke two weeks ago at the car wash.it turns out they don't sell that part.he ask to see the cap,he just help me so much .i have no words to thank him.

The shop was half empty and looked as if the owners were liquidating. Only one clerk was on duty, and he took an inordinate amount of time trying a hard sell of a "equivalent" Taiwanese starter motor to a client who was very patient in trying to get the fact that said starter wouldn't fit into his car and he needed another brand through.
When it was my turn I explained what I needed, but was first treated to a colloquy on the failings of the previous client, starting with, "No, sir, I wouldn't rest my arm there, that guy put his battery down and probably sloshed all over..." and getting worse.
Needless to say, the clerk didn't have the things I needed either, although a big show was made of running all over the shop "trying to find them". I was then also offered "equivalents" which were "really better than the original". One of these was a lamp of a type notorious for disintegration in the socket. I demurred and left.
I wonder what calumny the next visitor was told about me.
Bad Customer Experience, every time I call the lady puts me through to an engaged line and she does not care.
I called to hear if the part is in stock and driving all the way to get it they don't have stock.

Bad service, the tellers have no regard for queuing customers' time, they'll take calls and leave their workstations while you wait and offer no explanation or apologies.
Looks like they are shutting down. No stock, no warmth inside the store, always operating on skeleton staff.

I walked into this shop for fixing my car battery on a Sunday morning ... Only two assistants, working like machines but not losing the personal touch in their service...both going extra miles by giving additional information to the customers, asking intricate questions to understand the customer needs, searching for alternative solutions, ... I can write paragraphs about them... I was waiting patiently as the customers are more and my need will take one of those two Human machines away from the needy customers. One is Branden and the lady "I am sorry Milady" ...both proved that You don't have to be studying in million rand ivy league colleges to learn or ace customer satisfaction or appreciation ... You just be good at what you are doing and try to better it yourself, the customer satisfaction will follow you wagging its tail. Not sure if it's AutoZone work culture or these two brought value to AutoZone. Either way, it's a plus for AutoZone. Get going guys. A sincere THANK YOU.
The store looks great. However the payment process is flawed. If you have items from the isles, you have to wait in the queue to pay that also caters for car part orders as well. 2 people behind me left their items and left the store because of the wait time being too long. Part orders are fundamentally different types of purchases that slow down the queue. I hope I sound constructive with my feedback because that is the intention.
Friendly staff, goes out of their way to make you happy. I may go back soon, maybe bring some cake. Lol. Before I say wrong names, was it Samantha... Thank you indeed!

YOU chase customers AWAY by pressurising your staff to perform under INHUMANE conditions.....I think it is time I call in labour law!!!!!! You are BY LAW not allowed to put your staff through what you put them through!!!!!

Worst service ever ,they never answer the phone they absolutely useless,the short fat guy thats working there thinks his dad owns the store.Went there to buy a part they couldnt help me because when i needed to pay they said they couldnt log in??? got it around the corner from Midas and met another customer that was also in your shop but couldnt pay.
