Staff amazing and incredible customer focused care....MANAGEMENT though DO need a SERIOUS kick in the teeth!!! YOU chase customers AWAY by pressurising your staff to perform under INHUMANE conditions.....I think it is time I call in labour law!!!!!! You are BY LAW not allowed to put your staff through what you put them through!!!!!
