Don't know where to start billing mistakes left and right had to change pharmacy because my insurance was questioning their billing practice

Since they started servicing my dad's medicine at home had none but Inconsistent service they let kids with no technicians license dispense medicine and manager with narcotic diversion conviction run narcotic drugs / using FedEx to mail out narcotics is illegal I had FedEx dropping narcotics and pharmacy want me to mail back signature as if I picked it up

I'm a FedEx Same Day City Courier and pick up from here. Staff are always pleasant and willing to help. Fast service too!

I have had nothing but problems with my bills! Most recently, I had to spend 45 minutes of my time going though the statements from day one, find their errors, and print off copies of cancelled checks to send to them to prove THEIR errors. Why is this my problem. Get it together! This has been going on for 2 years. It I could rate them a 0 I would.

Bad service my dad medicare statements does not match this place statement just got my dad enrolled in new aetna plan they billed his prescription rx card on 10-30-20 then billed aetna on 11,2,20 thats 3 days apart billing twice for same srugs but 2 different insurance plan dont beleive their five star reviews the guy deliver my dad drugs asked me to leave 5 star review and say his boss force all workers to do so beware

Amazing pharmacy with an amazing staff. They have been taking care of my elderly father for the last few years. Can't thank them enough.

Where do I start? I am a nurse case manager and our clients love Pharmascript. We love Pharmascript! We receive excellent customer service. Sam and staff bends over backwards to try and help and send orders quickly. Sam goes out of his way to help us with obtaining refill scripts or whatever is needed to get the job done.
