Purchased my car Sept-18 ,with a extened warranty plan . In July-19 I blew a tire on the 407 hwy at Jane St after serching my car I realized i did not have the wheel lock key, the 407 emergency vehicle employee serched my vehicle also without locating the key so called they number I had for the roadside assistance extra package i thought i purchased I was told It was told it was not valid after 3 calls i made ..twice i was disconnected....I was told by the 407 emergency I had to move vehicle he offered to call a tow truck for me ...the end result it cost me 720.00 to have my car towed back to my dealership (this was on a sunday) went in very upset and found out I did indeed have the extra valid package for roadside assistance...opps someone made a mistake!! But I can put in a claim for the max of 250 for my tow. For whos mistake?.. then they had the gull to try & charge me for the new rim wheel/lock set !! Im so done with Hyundai oh ya and I was informed by this dealership all Hyundai's dont have tire pressure warning systems. I dont understand that one, & was never informed that at time of purchase

I needed a reliable, affordable car that I could trust and that is exactly what I got. Even though I live in Muskoka, I managed to arrange everything in advance. Every staff member I dealt with was professional, kind and courteous and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and understood everything. The ensured that every single step was covered so that when I arrived to pick up my vehicle, I only had to sign a few papers and the keys were in my hand and I was on my way. The next day I decided to add auto start to my vehicle and the vehicle went into service. The service team was just as efficient and friendly as the sales staff was. They handled the job with precision and care and kept me informed every step of the way. I left feeling like I had made new friends and was very impressed with the way I'd been treated. As I headed home, back to the snow, I looked down to see a strange box in the cars console. It was a box of smarties, with a clever little saying on it. Very very classy Autovalue Hyundai. We visited AutoValue Hyundai in January 2021. This is my 5th vehicle I ve purchased, and hands down the best customer service I ve ever received at a dealership out of the experiences I have had. (Hence why I m actually leaving a review on a site!) We had the pleasure of dealing with Michael S.. he was what I would describe as a great people person; he was down to earth, and nothing about him made me feel pressured what s so ever. (no one likes a salesperson whose making you feel uncomfortable, or someone pushing you into something you re not really sure about.. yeah no thanks!) Michael was also extremely knowledgeable (was open about pros AND cons!), and had a great sense of humour to top it all off. I will be recommending this dealership, and Michael to anyone, and everyone who compliments me on my new whip! Gotta love customer service like this! Cheers! When I took my Tucson in for a routine transmission fluid flush on May 15 2018, I mentioned that my washer fluid was not coming out at all, and could they please take a look at it. After waiting well over an hour for the transmission job, I was told that they were now checking the washer fluid issue. About half an hour later I was informed that i needed a new washer fluid pump at the cost of $127.00 plus taxes (and I assume labour). I was told they would have to order one and that I would be called when it arrived. Long story short, I went home and my 17yr old son discovered that the hose connecting the spray nozzle to the pump had fallen off. He fixed it in 5 minutes.Words cannot describe how angry I felt! To be blatantly lied to! Clearly no one even looked at it! Now I am wondering if my transmission was even serviced? How would I know? This is sad because I was actually considering buying another vehicle from them, but now I have absolutely no trust in them at all. The whole situation is shameful, unbelievable, unprofessional and disgraceful! ( illegal too?) So much for highly qualified Hyundai service technicians; how about rip off artists and liars?

And this is not an understatement!! In today s retailing climate, well that type of effort is very rare...hence the 5 STAR rating. Have purchased a few vehicles here over the years with ease. Had an issue with some service done, due to problems with the parts. After a bit of figuring out David a service manager went to bat for us. Parts replaced and put on, then David had car detailed for us for the inconvenience. When they can work out a solution in the end is all that matters.

While traveling out of the United States, my brand new Kona's brake light went on late at night. The next day the same thing happened. I immediately contacted Autovalue.They were able to see me right away and assessed the issue. They were very professional and we were comforted to know that the brakes, and the fluids, were all fine. Just upgraded my current vehicle to 2021 Elantra Sedan IVT. Handling of the new vehicle is marvelous, and acceleration and 'smoothness' of operation is greatly improved over my 2015 Elantra (current vehicle). It feels fantastic just taking it for a quick spin on the road, even in winter. Hyundai has definitely kicked it up a notch when it comes to the new Elantra. Working with AutoValue staff is a really satisfying experience, and Erin Smith, who demonstrated the operation and answered my questions regarding the new vehicle provided me with everything I needed to know to feel both comfortable and excited with my new purchase.

The best part of my Hyundai dealership experience was Steve. Very dubious when it comes to shopping for new vehicles.
