I needed a reliable, affordable car that I could trust and that is exactly what I got. Even though I live in Muskoka, I managed to arrange everything in advance. Every staff member I dealt with was professional, kind and courteous and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and understood everything. The ensured that every single step was covered so that when I arrived to pick up my vehicle, I only had to sign a few papers and the keys were in my hand and I was on my way. The next day I decided to add auto start to my vehicle and the vehicle went into service. The service team was just as efficient and friendly as the sales staff was. They handled the job with precision and care and kept me informed every step of the way. I left feeling like I had made new friends and was very impressed with the way I'd been treated. As I headed home, back to the snow, I looked down to see a strange box in the cars console. It was a box of smarties, with a clever little saying on it. Very very classy Autovalue Hyundai.
