I purchased a Sante Fe 2 years ago from Sales Manage Raymond Blais. Previously, I was a long time CRV Honda Customer for 20 years. I switched to Hyundai because of the known quality and safety if their vehicles. After having 2 CRV's with constant service issue (even within the first 5 years of a new vehicle), I was frustrated and concerned for my safety. I commute a great deal for work, and having a reliable vehicle was critically important to me. I was referred to Raymond Blais from a colleague. Ray's patience, knowledge, and exceptional accommodations for customer service, was superlative. Ray was able to assist me in purchasing the best vehicle that matched my needs as a costumer--Sante Fe Sport AWD. Ray went above and beyond, at all levels of customer service and the purchase of my new vehicle. Ray has continued to provide exceptional assistance, throughout the last 2 years. Ray is knowledge, accessible, patient and always will to extend himself to ensure customer satisfaction. Additionally, my new Sante Fe has been remarkable. It has a number of value-added safety features (e.g., blind-spot alerts and backing up notification), that have prevent me for several potential accidents. The vehicle handles exceptionally well in Winter weather. I would highly recommend Hyundai for anyone considering comparable SUVs (e.g., Honda, Toyota). I am absolutely thrilled with my vehicle and the level of customer service at AutoValue. I have since referred a number of colleagues, family and friends to Ray and AutoValue and will continue to do so, because of their exceptional level of customer service. They are not a high pressured, up-selling dealership, nor is the staff. That make options available to the customer, but do not pressure you into purchasing vehicle features, service items that you do not need. Tina, in service, is outstanding. She is extremely knowledgeable and provided a level of service that is not common. Recently, I had regular service on my vehicle and Tina communicated with me multiple times the day of service to inform me of the status of my vehicle and that there was a nail found in the wall of my tire. Tina made contact with me to authorize and work needed and did not just proceed without consultation. She is has a affable demeanour, which compliments Ray's patient, accommodating approach. Erin is sales is also extremely patient, knowledgeable and accommodating. You absolutely cannot go wrong with purchasing a vehicle from AutoValue Hyundai. Their safety ratings speak for themselves and the team of Raymond Blais, Tina and Erin superlative. You can feel very confident in this dealership and staff. I will continue to refer as many individuals as I can to Raymond and Autovalue!
