Best Experience I have ever had when purchasing a vehicle!! Ralph Scheuermann and his staff are excellent and really believe in the product which is a huge difference from most dealerships. Customer service is number 1 here and it shows. Brad Stevens in the business office and Jayme Frank who delivered the vehicle everything was TOP NOTCH. Keep up the good work!! All I have to say is the whole team rocks great service so professional just made me feel that I was important and my issues were corrected in timely fashion . They fixed a small rubbing sound coming from the back storage bin on my 2017 Santa Fe . I bought the car at performance Hyundai in St Catharines the service department there sucks . Read my google review on them . This experience at Niagara Hyundai for me was rewarding and I felt good taking my SUV to niagara Hyundai felt I left it in good hands . All staff super nice friendly they Answer the phone very professional with out excuses again read my google review on Performance Hyundai St catharines service you will see what I am talking about . This place is run by bunch of con artists. They really treat people like garbage. I went there to look at the car. They were using very aggressive technique.They never cared about my budget, preference. They just wanted to close the deal. Good luck, but I am not as simple as they thought and the manager got irritated. The car had some problems so I asked him to fix it so i can come for another try to which he responded I am not getting the car fixed unless you put a down payment. How stupid ?
Would you show this car to someone without getting it fixed ?So artificial. Even if they call me and offer me half price for the car, i'd still not step my foot into that dealership.

We met with Erin, Dan and Ramy - all 3 worked very hard to find us 2 new vehicles which was a tall order considering our budget. I had recently met with Bruce Saalmans here. He listened to exactly what I was looking for and was very knowledgable not only on Hyundai models, but also how the competitor options stacked up. One thing I really liked was that he has a work cell number on his card and was very easy to get in touch with him. I recommend going to him as there was no pressure and he will not lie to you if he does not know something he will find out rather thank make something up.

Would highly recommend auto value hyundai in Niagara Falls. I've had a 2014 hyundai Tucson for 3 years and I am very happy with the product.

I bought my first new car here and dealt with their sales rep Erin Smith - from the moment we walked in she was eager to help us with any problem and answered all of our questions. She was completely honest and upfront and helped me the entire way through. I am completely satisfied with my 2018 Hyundai Elantra and I personally highly recommend buying from this dealership! Staff were all honest, pleasant, and overall had fantastic customer service. They are welcoming and still stay in touch weeks after I bought my car which I greatly appreciate! It was an amazing experience. Great interest rate, willing to work with you to give you an amazing deal and make sure you are leaving with the best they can offer you. Everyone there was friendly and the atmosphere was relaxing. As a 25 year old looking for a new car, I could not be happier with the service.
David Kaluba was the awesome sales rep that helped me get a deal I was comfortable with. He had a calm, low pressure attitude about the process and that made everything better for me personally. Marko handled the financing and took care of just about everything. Complete transparency and every question I had was answered in full detail. Would highly recommend these two with how easy and stress-free they made the experience of buying my first car.

The customer service at AutoValue Hyundai is unmatched. They go above and beyond to make sure you are 110% satisfied. I am a returning customer myself and this is where I will continue to recommend to anyone looking for an affordable, safe, great car.
The car I purchased is beautiful, has all the features I could ever want and is an absolute dream. It had the fastest delivery I have ever seen. I picked up my vehicle way sooner than expected, thanks to Steve s hard work to secure the financing so quickly. I have been to a couple different dealerships before, and none of them have been as pleasant as my experience at AutoValue Hyundai.
Car salesman David Kaluba, and finance manager Steve Edwards are some of the most wonderful and kind people I have come across in this business. David walked me through all the features and helped me set up my car s BlueLink. He even helped me find a ride to pick up my new car after I dropped off my rental, which goes above and beyond. Everyone there is really kind, however I highly recommend you to deal with these gentlemen.
It really is a breeze and a pleasure to deal with them. They are so knowledgeable, helpful and truly care. They work fast and work hard to make sure you have an exceptional experience. There s a reason this dealership is so highly rated, there s a lot of happy customers!

I purchased a Sante Fe 2 years ago from Sales Manage Raymond Blais. Previously, I was a long time CRV Honda Customer for 20 years. I switched to Hyundai because of the known quality and safety if their vehicles. After having 2 CRV's with constant service issue (even within the first 5 years of a new vehicle), I was frustrated and concerned for my safety. I commute a great deal for work, and having a reliable vehicle was critically important to me. I was referred to Raymond Blais from a colleague. Ray's patience, knowledge, and exceptional accommodations for customer service, was superlative. Ray was able to assist me in purchasing the best vehicle that matched my needs as a costumer--Sante Fe Sport AWD. Ray went above and beyond, at all levels of customer service and the purchase of my new vehicle. Ray has continued to provide exceptional assistance, throughout the last 2 years. Ray is knowledge, accessible, patient and always will to extend himself to ensure customer satisfaction. Additionally, my new Sante Fe has been remarkable. It has a number of value-added safety features (e.g., blind-spot alerts and backing up notification), that have prevent me for several potential accidents. The vehicle handles exceptionally well in Winter weather. I would highly recommend Hyundai for anyone considering comparable SUVs (e.g., Honda, Toyota). I am absolutely thrilled with my vehicle and the level of customer service at AutoValue. I have since referred a number of colleagues, family and friends to Ray and AutoValue and will continue to do so, because of their exceptional level of customer service. They are not a high pressured, up-selling dealership, nor is the staff. Recently, I had regular service on my vehicle and Tina communicated with me multiple times the day of service to inform me of the status of my vehicle and that there was a nail found in the wall of my tire. Tina made contact with me to authorize and work needed and did not just proceed without consultation. She is has a affable demeanour, which compliments Ray's patient, accommodating approach. Erin is sales is also extremely patient, knowledgeable and accommodating. You absolutely cannot go wrong with purchasing a vehicle from AutoValue Hyundai. Their safety ratings speak for themselves and the team of Raymond Blais, Tina and Erin superlative. You can feel very confident in this dealership and staff. I will continue to refer as many individuals as I can to Raymond and Autovalue!

I bought my car December 2016 from AutoValue Hyundai and moved to Brampton. Last week, i noticed that my remote starter Fob can only open and closed the lock and did not remote start. I went to Attrell Hyundai, Brampton and tell my issue. These dealership Receptionist and service adviser was so confused and telling me different things. Ist the lady say your remote is 3 years old so its not under warranty. i told her that i read some where that remote starter is 3-years under warranty. than she said if it was with the car when you purchase than it will will. After few minutes she came back with one guy and he said bring your bill of sale and if it will written inside than we will fix. I was so surprised it digital world, why he did not check with the system and dealership.
Anyways i was so mad and phoned AutoValue Hyundua, Lucky receptionist transfer my call and service advisor was "KAREN ARANGO". She replied polity that no worries we will do what we can, please let me check the detail 1st. Than whole week , every day she phoned and updated me. Starting i told her i have planned to visit Niagara and i want to visit the dealership. she remembered and on Friday she phoned and told , sir we did not get the proper detail yet but you are welcome to visit.
Saturday, i visited with my wife and 2 kids. She was waiting for me. After 30-Minutes she told sir your issue is fixed. I was so surprised and happy.
At the end she gave smarties to my kids which they love and want to go again...lol. when i sat on my car and saw there were a note on my rear view mirror" thanks for visiting and please adjust your settings" and also one smarties in my car.
I was so shocked for all things. I never see such a nice customer services.
Brampton dealership they just harassed and terrified me. I want to request the management, please, please send "KAREN ARANGO" to Brampton dealrship for few week to give training Brampton worker.
I recommend all Hyundai car owners, once in life please visit Niagara dealership and specially meet "KAREN ARANGO".

The staff is so amazing here. This was a very smooth process beginning to end. I would like to give high praise to Tina Kennedy. She seemed to take care and interest in what was going on with our vehicle and kept us updated. The whole process was customer focused, engaged and transparent. She was very knowledgable and empathized with us. We were from out of the area and she provided us with nearby restaurant while we waited for information, options on rentals and ways Hyundai may be able to assist us in fixing our broken car. She remained always in contact during the process and we received exceptional service from Hyundai because of her work and dedication. We will make the drive back to this location to have work completed on our car, because of the exceptional service we recieved. These guys truly go above and beyond and deserve recognition.

I have to say but if I could give a lower rating I would. I'm not impressed with how they treated a young woman purchasing her vehicle for the first time period I thought this was 2020 not 1985. They were certainly not transparent and she was intimidated felt incredibly vulnerable and bullied into a deal that was certainly not in her best interest very disappointed in this dealership.

After a somewhat frustrating experience with the "other" dealership in Niagara, I took our 2014 Elantra to Autovalue Hyundai for resolution of an extended warranty issue. I was left extremely impressed with the entire service team, and in particular the service advisor, Cheyanne. She was pleasant, knowledgeable, and professional during the process of documenting the warranty claim, obtaining approval for the repair, and coordinating the work in a timely manner. We will definitely be going back to AutoValue Hyundai with our future business.

i have mixed feelings about this dealership. if i had written this a month ago i would have agreed with other people that this place was the worst dealership ever to deal with and they rip people off. I had to get Omvic involved after having issues with a car i purchased 3 months ago and even then they were not co-operative. In the last few months several sales staff and 2 managers were let go. In the past couple weeks they hired a new manager who has been doing his best to rectify problems caused by previous staff. He seems to be reasonable to deal with and it appears he will improve things and make the dealership better than it was in the past. If i have any future issues I will go see Ray for his outstanding customer service.

We have purchased two vehicles from AutoValue and will continue to do business with them in the future. Simply put they make the buying experience better than anyone else does. Nothing hidden and very competitive prices. You can even drive your new car home the same day you buy it. Pair that with an excellent service team and that takes care of all my maintenance (and washes the car when they are done) and that is why this is the only place I will do business with.

My wife and I came in and bought the 2018 Kona.
We met with Jessica for our financing.
She is amazing and very knowledgeable.
She was always helpful and answered all of our questions.

The only thing I could say would be is her printer is NOT great and very slow, I came in on my lunch break and had to leave because it wouldn't work properly for her to print our paperwork.

We would recommend Auto Value to our friends and family and tell them to speak with Jessica !!

Was looking to purchase a new vehicle. Had a friend bring me into AutoValue for a look. She had purchased a car just prior. I did decide to purchase a Tucson. Was suppose to take delivery 4 days after the purchase. I showed up to find that the vehicle had scratches all over it. That was displeasing since I had agreed to pay an extra 799.00 for paint protection and under protection.Although after accepting delivery they changed the price to $ 904.00. I couldn't figure out why they would apply these products to a vehicle with large scratch marks up the side. I refused delivery and was told that my salesman Sean Fowler would give me a call once the vehicle was ready for another delivery date. Never did receive a phone call so I decided to go in a couple days later to see what was going on. Was met by my finance officer who informed me the car was ready although I did not receive any call saying so. I did take delivery and almost drove off the lot without car insurance, which they were suppose to arrange as well. Nevertheless, my friend was suppose to receive a $ 100.00 cheque for the referral which to date she still hasn't received. I have called and left messages 4X for Sean Fowler but he does not return any calls. Wasn't there for either delivery, no follow up, no return of calls. Finally I called and got a hold of Kevin Dick who informed me that there was nothing on my file saying I was referred by my friend. I explained she was right with me when I went in to purchase this vehicle and we even dealt with the same saleperson as she did earlier. As well Sean during our test drive even went to her house. He knew exactly who she was. Even asked her what she was going to do with the $ 100.00. She did go in to see Sean about a month ago and he told her the cheque was on its way. So Mr Dick told me that he could give her a free oil change but that's all. I definitely would never recommend this dealership to anyone. There is no accountability, customer relations or satisfaction. All they want is their commission and thats it. I love my Tucson, but will never deal with these clowns again.

It's been a year since I first came to Autovalue H...

It's been a year since I first came to Autovalue Hyundai. It was just a standard oil change. I always feel welcomed and accomodated. My car is the 2nd Hyundai car in the family, but I got mine used (from a used car dealer). We love the car and it performs well. Tina my service advisor made sure that my car is in perfect condition. She will inform me of the maintenance that needs to be done and if there are parts that needs to be replaced. After few months I observed that my car is burning oil. I am aware that this could be a result of neglect from previous owner. I wanted to get it fixed and asked Tina on what can we do to fix the problem. After a few test and monitoring, my car's engine was replaced subjected to a recall. For me, it's a positive experience considering I did not buy my car from this dealer and yet they still helped and assisted me. Because of this, we have added another car in the family and it's also a Hyundai! I really appreciate their fast and good customer service which makes me keep coming back.
