Every time I bring my car in the ladies at the service desk are super helpful, attentive, professional & all around amazing! I deal with Tina everytime & she makes it as easy, painless & quick as possible. Making sure everyone knows theres wifi, coffee & water while waiting. I wouldn't take my Hyundai anywhere else!

i had such a wonderful experience at hyundai niagara falls. the people that work there are amazing especially Meghan, Brad, and Ralph. They got me a beautiful car that runs amazing. The Service Dept is so friendly! I needed my winter tires put on and the car winterized. My Genisus Coupe was taken care of very well. I enjoy going there as you're always greeted with a smile :) Prices are good as well.

I love Hyundai as a brand and their cars but the Hyundai Dealership in Niagara Falls was truly amazing from the start and now it keeps that amazing feeling coming every time I go there. From buying my new car to getting it serviced I am treated like family and better. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else.

Sent my 17 year old son in for an oil change and to change out the winter tires for summers. The bill was over $200. I see on the receipt their price for an oil change increased from $40 to $50. Tire change over went from $80 to $95. They told the 17 year old that 2 lights were out - which I don't think they were - only to have him drive away and now one of the headlights is out - hmmmm. I really feel they took advantage of having a young driver there that really doesn't know any different. When I called today to inquire the charges, I was asked "what difference does it make if we told you or your son about the price increases?" My response - because i would have walked away and went somewhere else. I know other places have a better price for oil changes and tire change overs. All I got was an "I'm sorry you feel that way". Won't be going back there again. It's too bad - I was really happy with my Sante Fe that I purchased from them - now I won't go back to the service department or any time in the future to get a new vehicle.

I just wanted to say thank you to Erin Smith for the great service she provided me while purchasing my first vehicle. She made the whole process enjoyable, stress free and provided me with all of the information I needed with options to help me make the best decision possible.

It was a 10/10 experience and if anyone is looking to purchase a new vehicle, Erin is highly recommended.

I recently purchased my second car from Autovalue and I can t say enough about the customer service I received from Traie. I first brought my nana when I was looking and when I decided to purchase brought my parents. He went above and beyond both times answering any questions we had and also explaining the both vehicles I was interested in. Popped in to test drive a brand new vehicle from Autovaluehyundai in Niagara Falls. David, my salesman, was very cordial and informative. After taking 3 different models for a spin, I decided on the Venue. The manager along with David assured me they would do their best to find one in my colour choice, which they did. Within a matter of a couple days My new, beautiful Venue is sitting in my driveway. Very happy customer.

Auto Value have certainly met its standards. Everyone treated us with respect and with extraordinary customer service. I called and spoke with David and he was all about this. All the staff I met while going through the process were very pleasant and thoughtful. They were always one step ahead. When my wife and I saw the Santa Fe, there were some minor scuffs, little damage to the rear bumper, and a door which had dropped. When I asked if this could be fixed there was no hesitation! When I went to pick it up I was not really impressed at the work so it was revisited and corrected 100%. They went from a three star to a five star pretty fast! Thanks DAVID for your hard work on this.

My wife and I both got new to us cars, (Santa Fe, and Tucson), unforuantly we were promised something would be fixed on my wife's car when we agreed to purchase it, and after we purchased it we were later told that was not possible unless we wanted to pay for half of the repair. Beware to make sure everything on your list is fixed before you sign papers.

Mike Salib on the sales team is so helpful! I can tell he goes the extra mile for his customers. He showed me the 2021 hybrid Sonata (beautiful car btw). He showed me all of the features and we took a drive. He really knows his stuff. Great experience!

I bought my car from here and after two months I noticed a sound coming from engine area. I went to dealership.They explained everything about inspection process. They inspect the car. The sound was normal. They washed and cleaned my car and did not charged anything.
