The staff at Vivion Autostart are always so helpful and fun!

Israel was very helping got me in to what I needed with no problems

Always very helpful, great group of women at the desk, always greet with a smile and try and help with every problem if one ever occurs.

There are good individuals who have bad credit. This place gets you car however it's horrible. I should have read the reviews before I got a car from them. Not even a month in and my car is having problems . 'They can't guarantee you will get your tags before the temp tag expires' This place should be shut down. Don't go here.

Update . I called to see if my tag was ready and it wasn't. They are going to expire before they come. They once again put the blame on the dmv they said we are a business it's different. If they were a respectable business they would not let their customers drive on expired tags. I regret getting a car through them unfortunately I'm stuck and have to deal with this shady unprofessional scam of a business.

Stop by AutoStart the other day just to look at some cars because it's real hard to see them from the highway.

Salesman came out and was friendly but real reluctant to give me prices off the top of his head because he had never asked me whether I was paying cash or wanted to finance the vehicle.

I am real suspicious of used car lots that do not post any prices in the windows of their cars.

This happens to be a buy here pay here car lot. A lot of times when cars do not have prices posted on them the dealership can manipulate what they're selling the car for to fit the customers situation. If you're buying the car with cash it's one price but if you're trying to finance the car it's another. I've seen car values go up several thousand dollars and interest rates go through the roof because you want to finance or possibly your credit is not as good as it could be.

I'm not saying this car dealership does that because I've had no actual experience in buying a car from them.

I have been to some buy here pay here car lots that will actually Jack the price up several thousand dollars if you want to finance the car instead of just paying cash. This is where the car dealer really rips the customer because of their credit. The people that need help the most are the ones that get helped the least!

As I said, I cannot tell you this dealership does these things but there's no prices on the windows.

There good people, there nice and for a used car dealership they have a good selection. They worked with me after every one else said I can get a vehicle they actually were able to give me a chance on buying one. There awesome!!!

I honestly liked this place until today when I was talked to like a dog by a guy named Vince that literally would not let me talk to the guy that I have always talked to about my car and making my payments this Vince guy was literally on the phone talking when I was talking and wouldn't not let me explain what was going on or anything and told me he couldn't help me out due to my pay dates changing cause I had got a new job after arguing with him on the phone for 30 minutes I want to take my car back and drop it off and just give up especially after being told that my car will be shut off before I get to talk to his boss so as of today I'm looking for a new place to get a new car from people that are understanding about you starting a new job and your pay day has changed

This is my second suv I have leased from Auto Start USA on Vivian Road. John has always been a great help and each experience is excellent the front desk help also have always been friendly and have always provided great customer service. Thank you for all you do!

I can't relate with the bad reviews because they've been nothing but good to me. I'm late on my weekly payments at times up to 4 weeks and they never shut my car down. The staff has changed alot since I got my car but they still treat me the same. Great place for beginners. Ruben Gonzalez made the process easy and comfortable.

John is the person to go to he was swamped and still was friendly and got us a car we like and wanted .

I need you all to contact me right away. Thank you for fixing my alternator and battery. After it died the day after I bought it. Now the day I get it back the CV Shaft goes and I can't drive it again. At least I got to drive it home from the shop after the alternator was fixed. I have called you don't have a answering machine. I have left emails with John. I loved your service and I love the car. I just wish I could drive it. I'll change this rating and this post after this gets taken care of. Tomorrow will be great. Yes I know it is Sunday and a big inconvenience but I bought a car expecting to it to drive and well that's a inconvenience. I bought the Ford Taurus by the way.

This place is a joke, they give me a car that falls apart the next day trade me up to another car and a week later they repo'd it for no reason other then i called the BBB on them and contact the Senate for the Lemon Law. I got my car back, and now this company charged 600 a month for a car payment and want more money on top of what i have already paid, i wouldn't recommend this company to NO ONE STAY CLEAR OF ALL LOCATIONS AND THIS COMPANY. They lie, cheat and steal your money. Plus the salesmen that helped me was having a sexual relationship with a customer this is NOT how to run a business. They also screwed up my title and i was not able to get my title so they went in and redid my loan and lease paperwork to another date of purchase to give me another 60 day tag because they screwed up, im pretty sure this is illegal.

He was funny and well knowledgeable of the vehicles. He helped get me a great deal on my vehicle! If you come here make sure to get him he will do his best to save you money

I bought a car from Bannister but now since there is a call center which is located at the Vivion facility there is interaction. My first interaction was with a lady from the call center named Ashley who was extremely rude, insulting disrespectful and obnoxious so much so I had to speak with her supervisor Jennifer and report her. Jennifer apologized and said that she would address it. After that my experience with the call center has been much better. Employees much more helpful and customer service friendly. I would recommend this company.

You're valued until you fall behind on payment due to missing work because the car you've paid nearly $20K for wont start. The manager Keith treats you like dirt as soon as you get down to your last few hundred dollars in payments and you dont want to spend another four years making more outrageous payments for a different vehicle.
