Autostart USA Review

Worst dealership ever they steal from you and they lie to you and they fellow workers the very first car I had with them was a Monte Carlo never missed a payment I wreaked it I paid the $500 then they come talking about it s totaled so I said cool ok went to get in another one had to pay a down payment for that mind you when I got my stuff out of the Monte Carlo it was broken in too they never knew until I said something it was sitting on there lot for two days straight when I came to get my stuff I watched one of the guys drive it up to me but it s totaled right ok whatever the guy told me he didn t know the glass was broken out my stuff was wet all over the place they ran sack the car and stole tools ok I lived with it didn t care but this time these people stole $65 from me and gone say it was no cash in the car I see it in his face that he lying I signed the paperwork and left AUTOSTART is the worst a lot of people have told me about there business and I never listened I wish I would of smdh!!

Today started out as a really bad experience with them, anyone who has had a bad experience I think if your honest they appreciate it. There was a major misunderstanding that nearly had me in tears walking through their door. I spoke with one of the ladies at the desk and after a while spoke with Keith the Manager. Once it was understood what had happened he was fantastic and they did everything in their power to fix the problem, and we came to a fair compromise for both of us. I really would have given 5 stars here but I had to take one off for the salesman I dealt with that day. I understand it was busy but he spent half the time on the phone and was very distracted with other salespeople, which I think led to this situation today. Thank you folks at auto start for your help today!

Autostart was great to work with. They went above to help is. We now have 2 vehicles with them and plan on going back next time.

Do not buy a car from these people very over priced and if u are 4 days late they will cut your car off after a snow storm I could not make it up their to make my payment they shut 3 of my family vehicles off they refuse to give receipts their great scam artist !!! I would not recommend them to no one!!! They pay their customers in a 5.00 quick trip card to post good reviews I ve been with this company when it was a good company auto finance center when it was a family business 15 years ago ....

I like Autostart because they really work with you when your having financial crisis... just don't like that you have to go into the office to talk.my opinion

My daughter paid her car off and a couple of months go by, she gets in her car wires were hanging down and the car won t start, had it towed and it was the gps /starter kill.They cut the wires and didn t secure them the vibration brought them down and blew circuits, 48.00 and a tow!! They refused to pay for their lazy attempt at taking out the tracking device. Good Luck with yours.
