Autostart USA Review

A friend had reffered me to auto start and... I'm glad he did! These guys had me in a new car in no time at all. Ill be coming back.

I leased a truck 3 years ago this February without any problems of any kind whatsoever. I decided to keep the truck so now I pay a little bit more on a small note of Finance. I haven't had any problems with the truck because AutoStart sold me a very good truck.

Understand you are signing a LEASE AGREEMENT! Not a purchase agreement. Your only paying a small percentage to own till the end of lease and then pay the existing cost to own. You will get multiple calls toward the end to "Upgrade" to keep you in a "HIGH" interest loan.
Do test drive the vehicle and/or have a mechanic inspect the vehicle. By law they cannot deny you that. Then tell them to fix major issues before signing.
Except for that, they are friendly and payments are easy.

Great place to get a car been almost a year and ive had zero problems.

The state ave location in wyndotte county is a ghetto hot mess. They are SOOOOOOO unprofessional. When it comes to handling business they have no clue what there doing. I will never ever go there again. one person tells you one thing and you can call back and its a whole new story. UNLESS YOUR DESPERATE AS HELL DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS LOCATION.

Isreal cosio is a pretty cool dude. Walked in with a mission and he helped me complete it!

The management and staff at this location really value their customers. They work with you when you get into a pinch and they also stand behind their vehicle warranty and will fix mechanical issues promptly if and when they do happen. I recommend working with Vivion Rd. on your auto purchase or lease any day!!

I have been using Autostart for a little over a year now and I have been extremely satisfied with my experience. I was on medical leave and switched jobs around the same time and fell behind on a payment and they were curious and extremely understanding and worked with me on my payments going forward.

Y all always have a sense of urgency and get me in and out when I come in and very friendly on the phone

No pressure salesman, answered all of my questions and gave information I didn't even think about.

Auto Start is a great place to get a vehicle. They are nice professional people and they work all types of situations to keep you on the road.

Auto Start worked hard to get me into a car today, even when I thought I wasn't going to find a car on their lot they allowed me to use one of their vehicles to drive to another One of their lots to check out the inventory there.

This place is a piece of crap, I am 24 years old and have multiple college degrees, as well as a very good paying job. Besides that this place laughed at me when I approached the front desk. They literally laughed in my face called me an adolescent adult and continued on how I look like I'm twelve and shouldn't even be driving a car.. Then I was approached by an employee who had been there for three days and he proceeded to tell me, "I'm sorry for the way that they treated you, if I would have that these employees treat people like this then I would never have applied for this job, nor will I be staying."
Jokes on them went to Thourough bread and got a way better deal and they treated me with respect. The BBB will be contacting them soon!

This place has amazing workers. They are very friendly. Our agent Rueben i believe is his name is awesome. He took the time to help us make everything go smoothly. He also bought my boys lunch which noone has ever been that generous. Wish it wasnt always a long process we spent 5 hrs there. But its such a friendly environment so it went by quickly.

This place is the most over priced used car lot EVER!!! You can get a $2000.00 car here for $16,000.00. Rediculousness!!! Worst car lot in Kansas City!! That's why I give them 1star and that is against my better judgement!!!
