I have a big issue with this company who have been taking advantage of COVID-19 and the need for PPE. They have been selling Chinese suppliers of PPE "Certificates of Compliance" which they in turn have been selling on to the purchasers of PPE into Europe/US. Every "certificate" for ppe seems to be from ECM and ECM are not on NANDO database as a notified body for PPE CE marking. So this certificate of compliance they sell means nothing. Consumers are buying products thinking it is CE marked but it isn't, Chinese suppliers are confused because they think they have CE marking to sell in Europe which they don't, European retailers can't legally sell the products because it isn't actually CE marked.
We all lose because ECM decided they could sell hundreds of worthless certicates knowing full well that everyone would think it was CE marking.
It is not a coincidence that nearly every certificate you see for PPE is from these guys.
