They treat well until you sign your contract, the next day the person who sold you the car does not even look you in the face, then, they were calling us during all our vacations for 32 dollars that they had not been able to enter, I think the only thing that interesting is to take your money

Horrible place save your money and go to a real dealer there trash they change your payment dates without notice it's starts off good at first then it gets worse

Well considering the 1st 2 vehicles were great. The 3rd the engine blew 45 minutes after driving off the lot. So, i gave them another chance. HaHa I should never have gone back. I bought a Rogue , left caliper was bad and i was told i had to come back and prove it to JM.. Well i had Keith drive it (he and Jamecia are awesome, so is Israel) other salespeople [no names) were awful. I waited for 45 minutes to sign the contract while they were looking at pics on a phone. I wont go back. Overpriced vehicles for what you get. I went somewhere else and got a great vehicle. Low miles, and great financing.
I WONT GO BACK TO AUTOSTART.

Came to auto start looking for a vehicle and it up coming back the next day Rueben help me out for a minute there I thought we were going to get it done but he really shows what sales is about customer service awesome thank you Rueben for helping me out me and my dad love you

Was told that liability insurance was included just had to pay extra but thats not the truth. Car note is already high as hell for a few years old model vehicle. Overall staff is friendly but if you get your next car here make sure you get everything they say in writing.

I purchased my first vehicle through Autostart and was pretty satisfied with them. After my car accident I went back to them because I had such a great experience the first time.
I found out they in fact DO NOT report your payments to your credit. Which was really upsetting because I thought I was building my credit with the first car.
I have had a lot of problems with them with my second car. The people there are really friendly. But when you need help they don't care. I'm really disappointed this time around.

I leased a car from them a month ago, this car has cut out on me on me almost daily. I have took it back to them many times and called several times and the problem is still happening, I am a single women who has anxiety issues and work hard to have reliable products, after the 4th time bringing my car back to them I ask not to cancel my contract but to get another car I feel safe in, the sales person John Smith told me "it's a simple charging issue" and proceeded to get in a yelling match with me. It is not a simple issue when I can not drive on the highway cause my car dies without warning and I'm afraid of being injured or killed. They have made nothing but empty promises and I would NOT recommend anyone do business with these people.

You know I have issues with my credit I didn't think nobody would work with me came into AutoStart from the get-go Reuben came up to me I felt like I made a friend not only a Salesman thank you AutoStart for taking care of me and thank you for hiring people like Ruben G the king of cars

The GM Keith does a really good job with making sure his staff is detail oriented and efficient with all deals. I really enjoyed purchasing my Chevy Cruze at auto start a real nice friendly staff that's knowledgeable and and the parking lot was well arranged and looked great was able to pick my car out easy thanks AutoStart.

Came to AutoStart and they actually sold me a car with a small down payment. Auto did break down after 6 months however this company covered the cost of repair minus a deductible. I have been pleased with their treatment of me with this car and recommend this dealership to anyone who is having credit problems.

It was an awesome experience they made sure to get me the best possible deal and i love their quality customer care.

I have to admit that AutoStart is a nice place to go to and the salesmen are very nice and very helpful but can take you through a phase. Went to go check out a car, got approved and everything, process went easy. But once it got to the car selection, it got disappointing. So went out to check out the car selection and there were nice cars but there was a certain selection that I had to choose under my price range which was fine. There were only maybe four cars I could choose from. One was a Ford Focus, 200 Chrysler, Chevy Malibu and a Nissan Altima. Mind you these are all old cars except for the Focus. Checked all of them out. I was told that all of them had low mileage. Checked the Focus, cute little ride. Took it out for a test drive but once I turned the car on o noticed that the tire pressure light was on and another icon that had the letter i and the driver s seat had a hole that it looked like it was burnt by a cigarette or something. I was also told that Ford Focus had the lowest mileage. Nope. That car had 115 miles on it. The Chrysler had a bad odor to it and the seats looked like they haven t been cleaned. The nicest car was the Mailbu out of all of them but it had been sold. At the end, they wanted me to pay basically the whole interest when I was told the lowest was $600. The people at the dealership were really really nice and helpful but the selection wasn t the best and I got told some wrong info. They did the best they could but not quite interested anymore.

It's been nearly 2 years ago and we're doing wonderful now, and our vehicle is nearly paid off. The buying experience was good. But due to losing my job I fell 2 months behind on payments and my car went up for repression (witch I understand). Well when I went to auto start to pick up my belongings from the car, mysteriously my gun, Lady Smith .38 SPL, along with its bullets were not in there. When I ask Todd where it was he looked over to his coworker and played dumb to it. Then the front desk lady and the balls to say "well since its so far behind in payment were not responsible!" The gun has so much sentimental value to me on top of its own value. It was given to me right before someone near and dear to me passed away, they wanted me to have it cause they were no longer going to be here to protect me. I know I shouldn't have had something so sentimental with me, but it was the only thing that made me feel safe.

This place is a joke and wont fix vehicles when there is a problem and that problem was brought to their attention during test drive
