The buying experience was good. But due to losing my job I fell 2 months behind on payments and my car went up for repression (witch I understand). Well when I went to auto start to pick up my belongings from the car, mysteriously my gun, Lady Smith .38 SPL, along with its bullets were not in there. When I ask Todd where it was he looked over to his coworker and played dumb to it. Then the front desk lady and the balls to say "well since its so far behind in payment were not responsible!" The gun has so much sentimental value to me on top of its own value. It was given to me right before someone near and dear to me passed away, they wanted me to have it cause they were no longer going to be here to protect me. I know I shouldn't have had something so sentimental with me, but it was the only thing that made me feel safe.
