I scheduled my appointment online, and this was very convenient. I arrived at Automation to be greeted with a few questions, and my car was moved to the service area. I waited in a nice waiting area. The service guy came to explain my vehicle was almost done. My vehicle was completed in a reasonable amount of time. It was a pleasant customer experience. Thanks Daniel!
