UPDATE 2/24/21: received a call from the GM to resolve the issue I initially faced. Very quick in response and corrected the issue at hand. I appreciate this type of professionalism. Customer service is important in company culture and I see the effort here.

2/22/21 - Fairly okay service. A major note here is that service reps could use more training as far as customer service goes when customers ask questions. We have to realize that while we are experts in our respective fields, our clients generally are not. I also came in for an oil change and left paying $150 for a repair I didn t ask my service rep to do. Yes, I needed it but I had plans on when I d be able to get it done. I will go to another location for my next service.
