Without hesitation, a terrible experience! Arrive at this place after calling the day before due to car battery problems. The person on the phone NEVER said we needed an appointment so well ... I arrived at 6:15 to be the first and go to work immediately. They opened at 7am, it was the first car in that line. NO ONE approached me so I decided to get off and ask ... there began the odyssey! Rafael was the first person that I told him what I was going and rudely and without paying attention, without stopping just said he had no appointment so he had to wait. OK, I have to wait ... the next one had an appointment at 7am, they attended him ... the other one had an appointment at 8:30 a.m. but they also attended him at 7:05 a.m. ... next, he was known to Rafael, because they interacted with familiarity. He attended the same way, even though I could perceive that he had no appointment.
My annoyance has begun, everyone standing in the hallway, nobody cares. Wn one of those Rafael tells Mike that he had no appointment, in English, maybe they thought he would not understand, and Mike had the same attitude even when he looked like a manager or supervisor. The bad service, the indifference of the staff (Rafael, Mike) were unacceptable.
Even a client arrived who had an appointment at 9am and was attended before 8am and I ... still waiting standing in the hall, impatient, I do not doubt it, before such bad service. By the way they were giving me "balls", because I had protested, but what was I going to do ...
Luckily, I noticed that Cristofer Romero's office, Service Director, was right for me, so I waited for him and as soon as I arrived I went to him ... finally someone heard me. It did not take more than 5 minutes that they attended me, to the bad ones, of course ... but they had NO option ....
Guess the wait? 2-3 hours ... of course !!!! I had no option to leave the car and go to work.
Without hesitation, I will NOT return to this place. When they learn to value ALL customers, respect them, we will see !!!
