I went in for a recall repair. I was not treated the same as when I come in for service, which is always great. My service manager was excellent but the way things were left, I'm not even sure they did the work. I'm not saying they didn't, but it didn't really look like it. It wasn't cleaned up at all and although I was told to empty the car so they could work, it didn't look like that was necessary at all, either, which wasted several hours of my time.
