I have owned my new Honda Jazz for 3 weeks. I have again bought this new car from Van Nieuwkerk Hilversum. I attach great importance to the reliability and expertise of a car dealer. I find both at Van Nieuwkerk in Hilversum.
Poor service, possibly unskilled staff. Used car with minimum oil level, brake fluid level, just enough thickness brake pads delivered. Aftersales and service after buying a car leaves something to be desired. A real car dealer where sales are of paramount importance. No next time.
Twice no time to just replace a headlight.
Also very customer unfriendly to receive a recalculation of 1.50 for fuel for loan car, because the requested loan bike was not available. This while maintenance even cost more than 2000.
I also know that this can all be much more customer friendly and so I am back at my old Honda dealer despite the great distance.
Recently bought a new Nissan. Seller Sjoerd helped us well. The car was neatly delivered.
Nice business to do business with. Take all the time to be helpful and to advise you. Honest and sincere employees. In addition to business, they also do everything to make aftercare complete and acceptable.
We are happy that we ended up here after our search for a new car.

Have many years (around 40 years) a big fan of Honda as a result of very good products and accurate service from all departments within Nieuwkerk automotive center Hilversum.
Nice Honda dealer. For years as a customer. Always willing to go the extra mile if there is a tricky problem, which incidentally rarely occurs with Honda cars. All employees, from sales to mechanic and from reception to administration, are helpful, customer-oriented and courteous.

Top experience! After showing interest in a Nissan Juke, we quickly received a video with which we could view the car. When we visited the showroom, we were given the space to view the car in peace. A very pleasant experience. Recommended!
Pleasantly surprised by the friendly atmosphere in the showroom. It also felt casual during the conversation. No pushiness, no pushing. Later on when the car was delivered again the same feeling (despite the corona crisis). As if we were sitting at the kitchen table together. Car was shining and explanation as far as we wanted, Sjoerd (seller) wanted to explain everything, but we also wanted to discover for ourselves. A week after the episode, he even called to ask if there were any comments or questions. Really a big compliment. If the service and maintenance are the same, they deserve a big 10.
The rates here (90 euro per hour for maintenance) are outrageous and unacceptable for a business. That's a lot more than what is normal. So I highly advise to stay as far away as possible here for any maintenance work what so ever !

In early October bought an Audi Cabrio from 2009 with Bovag warranty. After a few weeks the headlights got moisture on the inside. Agreed with Patrick that we would look at it for a few weeks. When this did not go away, without the discussion, the headlamps were replaced by original Audi headlights. There were also some other things broken such as heated seats and interval switch for windscreen wipers. Without any problems, everything has been replaced and I am very satisfied with this settlement and can advise everyone to buy an occasion with peace of mind. In short, a perfect company with excellent after sales.
Good experiences with Van Nieuwkerk Hilversum. Staff are business but also personal. For major repairs, the customer thinks along to save costs. Before repairs are carried out, contact is first made and a video shows what needs to be replaced. Very transparent !!
Since a few days I now drive a new Nissan Qashqai Tekna.
What a sensation compared to the previous eleven-year-old Qashqai.
I was looking for a young used car but soon it came down to it that I could just as well buy a new one with a good trade-in price and the Nissan promotional discounts.
My experience with van Nieuwkerk was good at maintaining the old ones, but also the sellers are clear, advise and do what they say and are not intrusive.

Unreliable, have bought occasion with them, about defects they keep silent, car with high oil consumption (1l on 2000 km) was sold for the price of technically in order occasion. Then they tell you that oil consumption is less than 1l at 1000 km for Nissan as seen within allowed standard. Now, it is my last Nissan that I have ever bought and certainly at Van Nieuwkerk.
They are indeed beautiful cars, but the Dutch dealer network is not getting any better for Honda. Better to import one or buy one from a variety of brand garage.

Unreliable. Had an eye on an occasion. Called immediately and made an appointment. I had indicated that I was available the entire day (the whole day), but the dealer preferred the day after tomorrow. I was also told that I was the first one to call and therefore had first choice. Eventually I was called the next day that the car was sold .... Maybe this is normal business in the car industry, but I do not think so.
Since a year switched from Bochane Almere to Nissan Hilversum. Satisfying. Nice sympathetic salesman, no smooth talk. Reasonably right by the sea.

Today again a "wonderful" experience at Automotive center Van Nieuwkerk ... I was already used to Van Nieuwkerk in Amsterdam that they cannot solve things at once. Today I exchanged my cruise control, lane assist (I suspect also emergency brake assist and other safety things) for a working airco! Woohoo! As a bonus, I also got Christmas lights in my dashboard!
It is quite normal at Van Nieuwkerk that they cannot deliver the right tires on time, cannot carry out maintenance within the stipulated time and do not keep normal agreements. My air conditioner broke down at the end of May, fine, can happen once. But it turns out, the delivery of a part to repair it is about 2 months! So I drove the entire month of June without air conditioning and had to postpone my holiday (long journey with 2 small children without air conditioning is not fun). In early July I was called that the part was delivered a few weeks earlier. So I was happy to go to the dealer and was even pleasantly surprised that they had finished the repair within a set time. However, when I drove away, a few miles away, all the lights came on and beep. So I went back to the dealer, but of course they could not solve it right away and I have a new appointment scheduled (I still hoped that it was the last time I visited Van Nieuwkerk, because I will get another car soon ). I got an option to rent a loan car next time ... Nice, can I pay for a loan car and petrol, but who pays me for the 3 hours that I am on the way (2x from home to Hilversum) for something for the visit worked and not anymore?
Customer focus is also hard to find at Van Nieuwkerk in Hilversum. There is a lady who is just friendly and businesslike, but the rest behaves as if we are school friends and have known each other for a long time.
The only good thing about Van Nieuwkerk Automotive center in Hilversum is that it has a FitForFree location right next to it. So you can have a good workout while they mess around with your car.
Very unfortunate for Honda, they are very beautiful cars, but because of the dealer network I really don't want a new Honda anymore!
P.s. It doesn't just happen to me, another customer who was also waiting had problems with his Nissan. Of course, they couldn't fix it right away and first had to get in touch with Nissan and schedule a new appointment with the customer to fix the malfunction.

My experience with Nissan van Nieuwkerk is a good dealer with whom you can do good business, buy beautiful new Nissan Qashqai, and it was good to negotiate with, I have experienced this as very pleasant. Automotive center Van Nieuwkerk Hilversum has beautiful Hondas and Nissan's. The only thing I regretted was when I had questions about the Nissan Leaf, the seller gave me the impression that he didn't want to talk about the Nissan Leaf. I had to ask questions to which he had a short answer.
