This is regarding the particular store in Toledo Ohio on South Avenue at the Anthony Wayne Trail is exceptionally bad with delivery times. I live within 5 minutes and often from the time the "on it's way" alert sounds it is 1/2 hour before it arrives. I would skip delivery except right now I live on my own & am temporarily physically disabled so I don't move well.

Tonite it took 25 minutes from the time it left the store for it to arrive. The driver claimed mine was the third delivery of the bunch. About 7 days ago it took them almost 45 minutes from the time it left for it to arrive. The manager at the store marked it "deleivered" on the online tracker 15 minutes before it was. I suspect she didn't want it seen that my pizza was sitting for those 45 minutes. According to the driver, he was assigned to deliver pizzas to 8 different stops on that trip. I guess mine was near last.

I don't mind waiting if they are busy. I just don't want my food sitting around for 30 - 45 minutes like that. I do not believe they can keep it at a hot enough temp in someone's car for those 30 - 45 minutes.
Obviously it isn't supposed to happen as shown by the manager marking my pie delivered when it was not.

Highly disappointed with Marcos I have been a weekly customer for a long time. I ordered a pizza and waited an hour and a half. I called Marcos and they said someone else picked up my pizza the worker was extremely rude trying to get into an altercation with me. Now I am being hassled trying to get my money back after they charged my account for food I never received I strongly suggest not ordering from Marcos I will be spreading that recommendation throughout all social media sorry I ever wasted my time on a disrespectful business they have lost my and my family s business for all time and I will make sure many others know of my experience and will reach out to the news to let everyone know

My husband and I decided to order from Marcos in Delta Oh as we had just returned from a month long camping trip. He wanted a large all meat with exyra cheese. I ordered a Hawaiian medium. They were both very disappointing. His didnt have the extra cheese, very little meat toppings and was very dry. Mine was terribly dry. Found very little ham, very little cheese. I dont think it was even real cheese as it didn't have that gooey stringy texture. When I called and spoke with the manager she stated all ingredients measured out and she was sorry. No restitution offered. The cost was $34.65 . Id like my money back.

I called an order in for a $19.99 coupon. 2 med 1 topping pizzas, breadsticks,and 2liter. I added 3 toppings @ .59 each a total of 6 additional $3.56. total 23.55 My bill shows 34.46. I'm no math whiz, but that's not even close. The service is terrible it took 2 months to get a 2 liter delivered. They kept forgetting it. I have cousin vinny's number and am not afraid to use it .

I give Marcos a negative star. I ordered pizza and I noticed that the delivery was late so I walked out my front door and low and behold the pizza delivery guy delivered my pizza and just set it on the ground in the front of my door and bugs were all up in the pizza. I will definitely be calling corporate about this issue.

I was in the Indian Land store on 12/22/2012. I ordered my Pizza to go at 8:29pm. After waiting 20 minutes i witnessed the cook in the back take a dirty knife and wipe it across his apron, that was filthy!!! i was disgusted and told the manager, Sam, I expected a new one. He said he would have it delivered to me but he was not willing to do any more. he stated i was getting a "good deal". When the delivery guy brought my pizza, it was the wrong order!! at this point i called the manager back. He acted as if were no big deal and had no concern with it. he said the guy would be back shortly with the right order. At this point i was so upset i asked him for his bosses name, as i felt he was not running things the way he should, and had very poor customer service skills!. He was completely smug and told me i could call 1800 Marcos... obviously this is not a real number, as it is not even enough #'s. So i called back, and told him i wanted his bosses name and the real number. Sam said he had no bosses name for me. the only contact he has is corporate, stating when he has a problem he has to call a corporate office. then followed by telling me to look it up online! When the delivery guy got back He told me the main guys name is Gary but had no number. When i finally got my pizza It was 9:57pm. I am completely disappointed in Marcos and very concerned about the possible growth for this store when being run by such a person like this. The manager Sam never offered a coupon, a discount or even my money back... which at this point i think would have been the only option. I will never order from Marcos again as long as this guy is here!! the smart business move would be...

Our company (realestate) does a large amount of business or should i say "did" with your company. We were recently treated very poorly directly by the manager of this branch. Neither compromise nor customer service was shown at this branch. He was rude and unprofessional. Our business will never go towards this branch as we have been loyal and always taken care of by the previous manager (Norman Duble)
