Pleasantly surprised by the friendly atmosphere in the showroom. It also felt casual during the conversation. No pushiness, no pushing. Later on when the car was delivered again the same feeling (despite the corona crisis). As if we were sitting at the kitchen table together. Car was shining and explanation as far as we wanted, Sjoerd (seller) wanted to explain everything, but we also wanted to discover for ourselves. A week after the episode, he even called to ask if there were any comments or questions. Really a big compliment. If the service and maintenance are the same, they deserve a big 10.
