It is a pity that they do not keep their agreements. Returned your own car and have been waiting for our money for 2 weeks. While it is normal in the car industry that payment is made upon delivery. There is no response even on email.

Last month my car offered to Abswoude car damage to have damage repaired. The shade concerned the bumper and the front left wing and has unfortunately not been repaired adequately. The mudguard and part of the bumper have been repainted. The new paint is unfortunately full of orange peel, there is overspray in the engine compartment over a number of components, there are still scratches on the reflector and it does not connect properly to the bumper anymore, the bumper itself is still skewed, and the yellow caps from the license plate mounting have disappeared.
A number of these points were raised when picking up, but this was dismissed with 'we can't do anything about it, it is British handicraft so that has never been perfect'. (About a car mass-produced under Ford)

At the beginning of December 2019 I went for a delivery van at Abswoude. After a conversation and a tour around the van, we were allowed to make a test drive. During the test drive, I first drove to my mechanic and had the bus checked. There was little to worry about, but the difference was that the condenser of the air conditioning was seriously damaged, two front tires were too slippery and some minor points. I passed this on back to Abswoude. I told them that if this was to be replaced I would buy the van. No problem and they got to work on it. No sooner said than done, or so I thought. I would pick up my new addition on December 11th. Another check to see if the points were treated, everything was indeed treated / replaced except the two front tires. When I reported this, I was told that the profile was enough for the inspection. I did not agree, he had a proposal. I was able to get two new tires for half the price, when I asked why he hadn't done that before or was told there was no answer. Anyway I changed tack and was the proud owner of the van. Driving home I heard a humming noise coming from under the bus, this was over after about 10 minutes. When I made a telephone report of this, I was told that this was a parking heater. I was told a parking heater ensures that your bus heats up quickly and that you no longer have frost on your windows, for example. I say that is easy, how does it work. Well with a remote control, you guessed it, it was not included. On my first day at work I drive on the ring road, humming noise got worse and all of a sudden all the smoke from under the bus, the entire ring road was no longer visible. I made another report, if I just wanted to go to the nearest dealer in IJmuiden. At that time I was a member of a kind of Nissan roadside assistance service, once helped, he also told me about the heater. I was able to continue and drove to Abswoude, then of course there was nothing wrong. After a conversation I let go of the plugs. November 2020 I received a message that my bus had to be inspected. I never go to the dealer, but rather to the small business owner. Now I made an exception and made an appointment with Abswoude. Friday November 20, 2020 y.l. I had an appointment for the inspection. Of course I first had the bus checked by my mechanic. Once I arrived at Abswoude at 08.10, I handed in the keys and waited. Around 09.45 an employee came to the customer for me, he was told that there were problems, he could not drive further because otherwise he would smash his car. Replacing the part cost him 591.00 and it was badly needed. The customer was shocked by the price and asked if it really was. The employee says yes, otherwise the car will really break down. I thought he has been driving all year and is also driving to Abswoude, and now suddenly something serious is going on. (I also thought you would not discuss something like that in front of other customers) 10.10 am the employee came to me, you guessed it, something was not discussed. Your rear wheels are stuck and you cannot continue driving. The entire braking system has to be removed and that takes time. I did not agree, yes, but you have already driven 150000 km huh. (I drive less than 10000 km a year) asked for my key and asked what the price for the inspection was, I did not have to pay. Strange I say, have you even looked at all then. When I arrived at my mechanic only the handbrake cable turned out to be too tight. Soon approved by my mechanic and I can drive for another year. Never ever go to the dealer, they always find something, even if there is nothing.

First experience with this case, and unfortunately a bad impression. Only needed a crankcase plug washer for a Honda s2000. Warehouse worker I was told to have lunch and the department closed. I had to come back later.
In my opinion, for a company of this size, it is a mockery, and other staff present to get out of the chair and make some effort for a customer with a very small purchase. But this small customer might just be right around the corner to order a Civic type R in the near future.

We had a small - but serious - problem with our camping car during our holidays here in the netherlands. After a call they invited us to come immediatly. They fixed and solved the problem within an hour - and all to a very fair price.

Once again: Thank you very much for retrieving our holidays!

DO NOT BUY HERE !!! We bought a car here a few years ago. The way of selling was aggressive and unkind. We have let the seller put us in the corner and I still regret that to this day. We have paid a far too high price for a car of which they deliberately concealed a huge damage, we found out today! When the car was picked up, because I resold it, the chassis turned out to be crooked. We found out when today the car was picked up by the buying party and they logically checked the car. Keep your money in your pocket and go to another company where you will be treated kindly and fairly. DO NOT BUY AT THIS COMPANY !!!! I keep it polite, but some nasty words and sentences come to mind that I will keep in front of me. I hope that a lot of people can prevent this nasty experience and money beating.

I would have liked to add some water to the wine, but the local specialist was cheaper than a repair at Abswoude with a 50% discount. This specialist also indicated that he himself would not have delivered the car with sweaty shock absorbers. Even though you pass the MOT inspection with these shock absorbers, it is not pleasant.
