The customer service is laughable at best. They never take a straight call for technical support. You always get an automated message saying they will call you back when they have time. When you do get through to someone they are rude, dismissive and lack a sense of urgency about the issue you are experiencing, (while we lose sales because the product is unreliable). They "schedule" call backs that they do not keep. I have never encountered a company that has such arrogance incorporated into their business practices.
