I bought a used golf AutoVanti dealership in Brianza Desio, last year, through a loan where there are many insurance coverages including vandalism and windshield. In the past few days I had a windscreen problem and contacting the insurance contact me from the dealership. I called the dealer specifying the vehicle's PLATE and asking if I could come to make a quote and the photos and they told me that there would be no problems fixing an appointment this morning at 11.30. Arriving at the dealership at 11.15 am I was told, after seeing the car, that they were only servicing BMW. Half a day of work lost. Thank you. Francis. P.S. I purchased a bmw x2 at the end of January, after 2 months I got the message '' worn pads, take the car to the dealer '' on the car's computer. I bring the car and after leaving it 2 days, on the return I get the writing again. I call again and they tell me that it is a problem with the computer instead, given the lack of competence of the staff, taking it to another mechanic, it tells me that it was only the sensor behind the wheel.
