Very bad service. My MINI ONE bought at Desio dealer, still under warranty (new car, 3 years), does not work because of the battery. I made an appointment by telephone today for Saturday given the great difficulties in making it march. I connected the cables all night, and it was difficult to get it off ... When I got to the dealership I was asked to leave because they did not pick up the car on Saturday. I asked to make contact with the colleagues in the workshop with whom I made arrangements. It was not possible because they say they do not have contacts. In conclusion I was told to leave with the car without even looking at it. My car is a long term rental.

I chose to rent with alphabet, because it is the financial company of BMW and so I would not have to wait long periods for repairs and interventions and above all to always be assisted by BMW directly. Obviously paying a lot more than with other rental companies.

on December 17, 2019 the car was taken to this dealership for repair after a theft.

I waited until 07 January 2020 before calling to inquire about the drop-off date.

They replied that they had not yet asked for authorization to proceed with alphabet. giving me as motivation the fact that at the end of the year 2019 they were changing the company name for which they could not enter the requests in the system, But promising me that in a couple of days they would solve the thing.

I waited another week and called for information on the delivery date of my car. the person I spoke to told me that I should speak to someone else and that he had no information to give me, but that they would call me back.

Basically, a month has passed since they received my car and I don't even know if they received authorization to repair it, nor much less when I will be able to get my car back.

I would like to specify that I have never put pressure to have my car before a pre-established time or to have a favorable treatment, I am only talking about a lack of assistance to a customer.

WHO CHOOSES BMW, DOES IT BECAUSE HE WANTS TO PURCHASE THE QUALITY OF THEIR CARS, PAYING FOR A FEW MORE. BUT YOU ALSO EXPECT HEIGHT ASSISTANCE.
