Two years late in the review since my visit is inherent in a past time. Regardless, I must admit that my experience has been really excellent with trained and competent staff. Although in the end I opted for another car manufacturer because I received a better offer on the evaluation of my vehicle, I must say that this is one of the few dealers that I would promote with flying colors.

I went into this dealership more to take a look but I came out with a contract thanks to the professionalism and kindness of Luca Zingales.
On January 8, 2020, about to undertake a journey of about 900 kilometers and having found an anomaly in my car (the on-board computer signaled a loss of power), I went to the BMW Service Autovanti of Desio (MB) . I arrived about an hour before closing and I represented my emergency, asking to be able to perform a diagnosis that would allow me to understand if the car was able to travel such a long distance safely. The receptionist, assuming a temporary fuel problem, advises me to leave, telling me that, although the workshop was open until 18.00, no acceptances were made after 16.30. Therefore, I allowed myself to insist, given the situation, to be able to carry out only a quick check and not the repair, in case a fault was found. My contact then tried to contact the workshop but, at the end of the short telephone conversation, he began to write to the terminal without giving me any answer. To my solicitation to know what the mechanic had answered, the clerk, shrugging his shoulders, told me that the answer obtained was that "it was not the time to do certain things" ...
Result? Journey that lasted over 13 hours, in the night, with the car that stopped many times and a sobbing pace, with considerable inconvenience for the whole family.
A quick electronic check would probably have been enough to understand that there was no need to start, rather than simply advising me to often refuel to dilute any additives of a previous Arctic diesel.
I ironically thank the staff of Autovanti who, albeit kindly, did not take the emergency represented in the least, wishing them never to receive similar feedback in being in equal situations.

I bought a wonderful 5 G30 series: the seller, Luca Zingales, prepared, very friendly and very smart, provided all the information I requested and we closed everything in 30 minutes. I subsequently had a mistake at the time of withdrawal, which bothered me, I must say that despite this first Mr. Zingales, then the service staff, Antonino Rinaudo and the manager Dario Colombo did their utmost to ensure that the problem was resolved, but above all to make me regain the confidence I was about to question.
