I bought a used golf AutoVanti dealership in Brianza Desio, last year, through a loan where there are many insurance coverages including vandalism and windshield. In the past few days I had a windscreen problem and contacting the insurance contact me from the dealership. I called the dealer specifying the vehicle's PLATE and asking if I could come to make a quote and the photos and they told me that there would be no problems fixing an appointment this morning at 11.30. Arriving at the dealership at 11.15 am I was told, after seeing the car, that they were only servicing BMW. Half a day of work lost. Thank you. Francis. P.S. I only put two stars because the dealership is looked after aesthetically and I don't think all the employees are the same.
