Good evening, unfortunately, after the last assistance received, I had no positive response regarding a problem that occurred immediately after the complete car service, i.e. a shortage of almost 5 kg of engine oil a few days after the service.
My fault that I did not immediately report the matter, but unfortunately for service reasons I was unable to go to the dealership immediately.
My report, however, was neither aimed at the reimbursement of the engine oil reported on the invoice nor much less to make controversy but only wanted to understand what eventually happened.
I was told that it was impossible that there was no engine oil, and that in the case it is the car that "eats" oil, it is a pity that after a few months from the famous topping up the level is always optimal.

This thing I was really sorry because until now I have always found myself very well and courtesy and kindness have never been missing.
