Our company car brought for a MOT. Everything checked, repaired etc. No comments. Well helped.

Comments about the service / payment:
Issue:
I want to pay but I accidentally forgot my debit card.
I kindly ask if I use my phone app. can pay. It is then ALSO right on the account.

Reaction:
- you are not in the system. (I bought the car there)
- You must pin! Because that is how it is now administered.

Result: irritated out the door WITH THE loan car. And come back the next day. The employee quickly informed me that I had to pay the loan car for that extra day!

Called the chief the same day to discuss the problem. Chef's response:
- Madam this has nothing to do with service. You have forgotten your debit card (chef's response).
- Why don't you just pay with a private bill and transfer it later (chef's response).
No understanding at all for the situation!

Advice:
No comments at all about the quality of the repairs, even excellent, but about troubleshooting. A thick insufficient. Personnel (chef) is not trained well enough to satisfactorily resolve customer complaints.

In any case, this well-paying customer will not return soon.
