Takes into account long waiting times. So much on the phone (don't fall for the callback offered, that has never happened to me) as well as at the desk.
It seems as if the company has more customers (both business and private) than it can handle with staffing. No extras after maintenance as I was used to at Toyota. You are a license plate here, they do the necessary and that means the end of it. As a customer you don't really feel appreciated
