Maintenance scheduled via the LeasePlan app for last Friday. They would pick up my car between 8am and 10am. Nobody stopped by, heard nothing. Not available by phone (not even for LeasePlan), callback request was only picked up the following Monday (it was said that there was only 2 people in the garage that Friday).

It is great that you have a problem with the occupation, but make it priority 1 to call everything and everyone as much as possible and as early as possible, because I have been waiting for it and can now make a new appointment (that is already happened at another party of course).

Edit: changed from 1 to 3 stars after contacting the service manager. What went wrong is evaluated and changes are made accordingly. Let me give them the benefit of the doubt in that.
