Excellent place for an ultra low or scale budget production. Sound stage, wardrobe staging area, clean facilities - including a washer and dryer, really awesome Green room and production office space. Excellent people as well: Claudine, Rick, and Terrence make your life easier when you rent this location. I'd recommend it to active looking for the GA tax credit incentive.
Jewel,of Augusta GA. Great people very professional and knowledgeable. Awesome services. The office also has a wardrobe, make up and filming sets as well. Check this place out !!! The exterior needs a sign. You can pass by it and never knew you drove by it.
