Excellent place for an ultra low or scale budget production. Sound stage, wardrobe staging area, clean facilities - including a washer and dryer, really awesome Green room and production office space. Excellent people as well: Claudine, Rick, and Terrence make your life easier when you rent this location. I'd recommend it to active looking for the GA tax credit incentive.
