It has been 3 weeks since I contacted the dealer about cancelling the fidelity warranty services that they sold me. Robert, who sells me the warranty who promised that it would be very easy to cancel, actually tells me that he is not in charge of cancelling and refunding and just gives me a name that does not even appear on the dealer's website! Not to mention many other dissatisfactions that I have encountered with this dealership! The only one that seems to be nice are the receptionists!

It has been 5 weeks now and no call back from Robert or the dealer. Good Job!
