From the moment I walked in and asked to speak to a salesperson two weeks ago until noon today when I drove out in a brand new Cayenne I was treated with respect and openness. Everyone was friendly, helpful and interested in making sure I got what I was looking for. My sales man, Ed Kress, was a prince. Bob, the finance guy, made the paperwork a no-brainer even thought=I could not find the title to my trade-in. Fantastic all the way through.
