I wont say that this was a great visit to the deal...

I wont say that this was a great visit to the dealership. The sale rep I had was cool to work with but after the sale you're on your own. I should have back out of the deal before I signed. I was told I would get a part fixed then was told "he never said that". Right then I should have walked away. The sales manger is pretty pushy on the sale so they will try to make you happy.... I bought a Porsche Cayenne and I hated it. The car was dirty and when they washed it after I signed for it I noticed a few dents on the rear hatch. WOULD have been a deal breaker for me!!! Once I noticed it a day later I asked for help with it. I got "we can give you a discount to fix it" . WOW at Porsche I figured the service would be amazing.. I bought a Lexus a few weeks ago and noticed two things wrong with it. I told my sales rep a few days later and they fixed it for free NO ISSUES... GREAT CS from LEXUS!!!! Also BEWARE of there pre certified used cars. it seems when you need brakes and rotors if the pads are squealing as they claimed mine where 50% pad life. I verified the next day they were actually 40% and the rotors were out of spec as well. Needed cut and pre certified so they should have been replaced. But again my sales rep was no help again on the brakes either. I got "we can look at them but our techs certified it so they have to be good"...Or your dealership is cheap and didn't want to replace anything...like the brakes the, cabin filter, air filter, broken door switch, ect... BE VERY careful when getting a certified used cars from this dealer. because they certified check is about as good as jiffy lubes. To make matters worse. I asked to get out of the car into another car. I was very shocked to hear that they wouldn't do it. I figured since I just bought a car a week ago they would help me get into another car they had on the lot but NOPE !!! I was rejected. They said "t wouldn't be wise". So basically what they said was WE AREN'T GOING TO HELP YOU GET INTO A ANOTHER CAR because we don't want to make you happy and tell everyone how great this dealership is and helped me get into another car cause I was unhappy about the first one. yes I knew I would loose some money but I figured they would help me out more then any other dealership would. I WAS WRONG. I went to a dealership near me told them the story and they said " someone doesn't know how to count $$ at Porsche"...Anyway I sold the Cayenne and got a new Audi Q5 from another dealership that was HAPPY to HELP me and will be helping me and my family in the near future on another car as well...Stay away from this dealers Certified used cars...Audi and Porsche dealers in DE and MD are way cheaper and better....
