I have an older Porsche with many maintenance trips to Rosen over the years. To give a review based on just one experience at one point in time reveals very little about this or any other dealership. Even broken clocks get it right twice a day. But when considered together over time, a picture emerges. The reader can be assured that Rosen gets it right and does so consistently. This is a difficult standard to maintain. They make it look easy. This is also how you make customers for life. They rock.
