Parts dept, not to friendly, I felt as if I was in their way

The salesmen were about average. They were somewhat knowledgeable and helpful, however one of them smelled like he hasn't showered in a few days. The real reason for the one star is the sales manager who turned out to be pretty sleazy by the end of the deal. Lucky for them, the car was exactly what my friend was looking for and it was a long drive to get there. If you can, buy an Audi elsewhere.

This place is awesome! The whole dealership is filled with beautiful Audis and Memorabilia. Everyone was so kind and even though I was just purchasing a used vehicle from them Phil Kang still gave me his full attention and assured that the deal went down smoothly and quickly. Highly recommend this dealership for your car buying needs.

Fantastic experience. Second car I buy there. All negotiation took place on line. Just went to pick up the car and sign papaers.

Absolutely first class customer service from Dennis An and Audi DLA. I purchased a CPO 2016 S4 sight unseen from this dealership and had it shipped across the country. It was by no means an easy transaction, but Dennis An went above and beyond getting all of the paperwork and details handled, even answering his personal cell phone on his days off.

If you are in the market for a new/CPO car I highly recommend Dennis An and Audi DLA. 5 Stars!
