The salesmen were about average. They were somewhat knowledgeable and helpful, however one of them smelled like he hasn't showered in a few days. The real reason for the one star is the sales manager who turned out to be pretty sleazy by the end of the deal. Lucky for them, the car was exactly what my friend was looking for and it was a long drive to get there. If you can, buy an Audi elsewhere.
