Somehow they managed to loose our Vehicle during the cleaning process. Had to call around for an hour just to figure out where it was! Still don t know! This is the worst experience at any dealership EVER! ImAND I WORKED AT ONE!

Audi was extremely professional and very helpful. Ark and Roger were particularly helpful. From the moment I walked through the doors they breathed me with a smile and made sure to address any questions or concerns I had. It made me that much more comfortable with my decision to go with Audi.

This is my first Audi, and by far they've made the whole situation unbearable. First, they give me a preowned car with an extremely expired expiration and over 7 parking tickets on the cars record. I woke up to a boot on my car after just buying it.

Now over two months later, I still haven't received any DMV plates or registration stickers when they said they would file it for me. No one will answer my calls to solve the issue for the past 4 days.

Due to the fact I'm a well known influencer online, I finally got Audi Corporates attention to help me out, still haven't received any calls to fix this and it blows my mind. It seems like registrations are frequently not being filed and it's not just me having the issue.

This is only half of it..... the car is great, but that's literally it.

Our sales guy Cristian Sotelo made things super easy. He even came all the way to our house to get the paperwork done when we bought our AUDI from Audi Downtown LA. Our finance guy Jack Kldjian was super attentive and professional. Strongly recommend this dealership.

Luchie Bennette was my service advisor for this visit. My brakes were vibrating and I needed overall service for my car. Luchie made sure the service went smoothly and even went further to give the previous service benchmark so I did not have to pay extra. When everything was done he even got me an extra discount. Great service and went the extra mile!!

Will definitely look for Luchie the next time I'm there.

Fredi is the ONLY service person I will come to. Professional, doesn t try to sell me on stuff, and is truthful which is refreshing. He is GREAT and a keeper. You need more like him! Can t comment on the sales staff, that is another situation. I had an excellent experience buying my Audi, but it was from a woman salesperson at another dealership. You need more. No talking down to me about the car, telling what I need versus what I want etc. it was refreshing indeed. The next time I buy a car I will look for a woman sales person. I didn t need to bring my husband as backup. Generally when you bring your husband the whole attitude changes. Best experience ever buying a car was buying my Volvo years ago.

Sam was AMAZING. A huge and special thanks to him for really having our best interest at heart and helping us achieve our goals and desires. A special thanks to Jack our service manager as well! Outstanding customer service and care. Thank you Audi DTLA. Go see Sam!!

First time to this Audi dealer. Very pleased with the service I received. Minor problem turned into a fairly significant issue to fix in the drivetrain. Eddie Perez was diligent and professional to work with and the problem was fixed. I will return for future service.

Kit is Kool

Kit was very attentive and responsive. He followed up with me without making me feel pressured. I will do business with Kit in the future.

Made an appointment with Internet sales.

Made an appointment with Internet sales.

We met and he sat us down to see what we wanted and for him to qualify us. He was very adamant about selling us a car today from their lot but I had made it clear earlier that I am interested in a custom order, European delivery pickup and subsequent redelivery at the dealer (2 deliveries).

The minus 1 star was because he pushed too hard to make a sale on the spot without even knowing what I wanted. He even offered to take me out of my current BMW lease and put me in the Q5 that day which is something I was not even considering....
This type of pushiness to convince you to change from a European delivery to a majorly discounted on the lot car was a major negative point.

Going on to the cars, the car that I had an interest in seeing was a chestnut interior with white exterior and had most of the items I wanted as options. However sales guy said it sold while we were driving down there - I assumed it was a dealer trick to get you to believe they are flying off the lot. I dunno.....

The test drive of another Q5 went poorly but that was not the dealership's problem - this was the brand's problem.

Apparently due to more restrictive fuel economy requirements (Federal CAFE rule), all current vehicles are switching out hydraulic assisted power steering (HPS) in favor of electric power steering (EPS) to disconnect the power steering pump & belt from the engine thereby increasing fuel economy.

It's a sad state of affairs when all major manufacturers are switching to EPS just to satisfy federal requirements. Mercedes, BWW, Audi have all converted to electric steering and I hate that.

EPS gives you an artificial feel of the car and road - it is only designed to send info to the steering rack one way. Unlike HPS which has 2 way information (road feel, torque, pulling, and bumps/ruts) of the yesteryear...

Also the suspension was muted, disconnected, and felt like you are riding on air. Those 2 issues I can not deal with - I need the feel of the road as a driver. The passengers probably don't care and love that smooth disconnected feel.

I felt that Mark did not give me the best possible car for my needs, instead he was looking out for himself and looking for that quick buck!

Later, I contacted Audi North America's Customer Experience and they told me about the Drive Select Feature which I then pursued another dealer with. Audi then checked stock of all So Cal dealers and found only 1 that had the Drive Select option.

For a brand specialist like Audi, I would think the salesperson would know more about it than me, the new consumer to Audi....

Knowing I was a true driving enthusiast wanting an exciting Audi, salesguy did not try to find another model to satisfy me....

Guess if you are new, uninformed, and uneducated with driving, then DTLA Audi is the place for you.

Best experience with getting a car; not just a car but an Audi (Q5 2.0T). The team at DTLA Audi was awesome, the offices were super clean and the staff was great. I met with Solomon Arvatz, who was professional and friendly; he gave me the royal treatment. I was given a great test drive and also was given the opportunity to see other models and colors from their sizeable inventory. In three years, I'll be upgrading my vehicle and I hope Solomon will be around to help (I'm sure he will :-) ). I recommend this dealership to anyone interested in an Audi.

There are many Audi dealers that are closer to my home but the moment I purchased my S8 and met with my service advisor Valentine Rautescu, I knew this was the dealership for me.

Throughout my Audi ownership, he has been extremely generous with his time, answering my many questions and providing options to solving the issues that arose. I always knew that if anything happened to my car, Valentine would have a solution

Unfortunately and reluctantly, I had to sell my Audi. Besides missing it, I'm going to miss Valentine.

If you are looking for a place to service your Audi, DO NOT hesitate and just drive into DTLA Audi and ask for Valentine

Worst customer/service experience Avoid it by any means the service department is really bad. Jorge Serrano is the worst of them. I have been trying to get my car done or get a loaner car but they failed to help me

Probably the worst experience I have ever had at a dealership. The initial sales was fine but once we agreed upon a price and started forward with a purchase, it was all downhill. They didn't pay attention to my additional down payment so the loan numbers weren't matching up, they continuously tried to up sell me on additional warranty items; the entire document signing took like 3 hours!

On top of that the battery needed to be replaced as it was dead but despite them allegedly starting the work first thing in the morning and me finishing paperwork in the late afternoon, they kept saying "We're working on it so you'll have to come back tomorrow".

Fast forward to the next day and despite multiple calls to 3 different sales managers(all who I had met the previous day so they knew who I was) and the service manager to find out what's happening, they all just kept saying it's being worked on. A full day went by again without the vehicle being done. Note that I rarely got a call back from anyone...I initiated all the discussion.

3rd day comes around and finally I get a call that it will be done by midday. Upon checking the service order, all they did was replace the battery and a fuse....2 days for that?!?!

Long story short, this was the most ridiculous experience I've had at a dealership in my life and it ruined what should have been an exciting and fun car buying process.

Service on the car was good. Asked to have my cabin air filter changed and the service writer started questioning me on why I needed one. Never had that happen at other Audi dealers. I did appreciate the 2017 A4 they loaned me for the day. Made me want to buy another.

Zero stars but they won t let me post withou at least 1. I came in for 50K service today and asked to fix my rear view mirror which was falling off periodically but was fully intact when I brought the car in. Was given the car back after spending $800 with the mirror sitting on the passenger seat and told that is how I brought it there. Complete lie by the service person. He swore at me multiple times and essentially called me a liar and then doubled down on his lies in front of his own boss. Do not go here under any circumstance. Completely unprofessional and outrageously bad customer service.

Called this morning to parts department and tried placing an order for the parts that i need. An male employee in parts department this morning is very rude sounds like he just woke up, maybe hes having a continuous bad days from yesterday, told me that i need to pay first. Guess what, PACIFIC AUDI IN TORRANCE has better customer service skills than DOWNTOWN AUDI HAS AND THEY HAVE ORDERED MY PART AND GUARANTEED TO ARRIVED next day with professional and courteous, understand customer skills. Even though they are based in torrance, id rather order my parts there with exceptional excellent customer skills than the ones in downtown LA employee. I will not ever order my parts from them neither i will not recommend my friends and acquaintances to even try to step their foot in the entrance door.

The salesman Soloman was amazing. Bought an Audi. Solomon was straight forward and m made me feel like I was getting a great deal. Even without having perfect credit, he made the transaction smooth. I came in scared feeling I didn't have a chance, to feeling excited and now driving an Audi.

Say away from this service department. I've purchased multiple audi vehicles from this location and will never come here again. Our 2018 Q7 has been consuming so much oil causing me to personally replenish the oil level every six weeks. I bring the car in and according to this service department they cannot run an oil consumption test until I continue to experience this problem. That's right, they would not even run a test to identify the problem. Keep in mind that our vehicle was just serviced in July and has a total of 8,500 miles in 18 months of use. It had been driven 3,000 since the last service and had zero oil level when I brought it in. All they did was top off the oil and send me on my way. What a collosal waste of time. Wonder if this would be the response if the vehicle was not under warranty. Probably not. Stay away!

As a big fan of Audi I was hugely disappointed with my experience with Audi DTLA. While the facilities are beautiful and it looks premium, the experience is not. The service department preys on those they think are ignorant. In my case, they blatantly lied to me about where I could get my Audi Q5's wheel alignment done. I was told I could only get it done at an Audi dealer because it was Quattro - this is not true, and more an attempt to get more money out of me - $225 at the dealership vs. $90 at a reputable tire shop. They also tried to sell me their tires, which were 40% more expensive than tire shops. I understand the need to make money, but to be lied to and ripped off is not how a luxury dealership should behave.

I am happy to share my wonderful experience at AUDI of downtown L.A yesterday.

To get 25K maintenance service, I was considering few different locations because of my previous unpleasant experience at Pasadena dealership. (Their Horrible service with overcharge made me doubt about reputation of AUDI.)

However, My recent experience brought me back to Audi Lover. Wonderful service started with Allen(or ellen)who helped me to schedule same day (25K maintenance )service on the phone (with very honest quote for the service), followed by Michele(I hope I remember correctly. young lady with beautiful smile wearing right blue company T shirts)'s excellent greeting service at the entrance of Downtown LA dealership. She served me a cup of hot coffee which I really needed for that day and introduced me Eddie right away.

Eddie as a service adviser took care of my A5 professionally. I was very impressed by his Quality of service and honestly. (very Quick, honored quote, answered all my questions very professionally with smiles, followed up in a timely manner).

Also Mr. Rodger was such a gentleman to check me whether I had been assisted with smile while I was waiting onsite.

overall, whole energy of the location was very pleasant and gentle.
I will come back for next maintenance service as well.

I found out that Audi of Downtown LA. was awarded best dealership 2012. keep up good work!

Just had my service done at Audi Downtown LA, let me first start off by saying when i went car shopping they made it way easy, got me what i wanted in the color i wanted and at a great price. Just had my first oil change and Eric was my service rep, handled it all great and easy peasy, the only reason they didn't get 5 stars was the car wash, could have been better boys, other than that you rock.

Absolutely the worst dealership I ve ever dealt with in my life, Preston who is a sales person there seems like he wants to help you at first until he gets the sale and then he wants nothing to do with it or you anymore. I purchased a car from this dealership they didn t uncover the plates when I left which is illegal and they argued with me trying to convince me it s legal when I know they passed a law in ca not allowing this anymore. Here I am3 months later with no plates or registration bc they didn t do a smog test on the car I bought and they didn t feel the need to contact me to let me know I ll never get a registration because they didn t do a smog test I had to figure this out by the dmv. Absolutely thee most unprofessional dealership I ve ever encountered.

I remember going to the Dealer on 10/04/2018 to buy a Q7, this guy Stephen Khukoyan was the rudest sales person ever, He thinks he owns the place, this guys does not know how to get customers to buy cars, finally I went back with $11,000 cash for down payment and Richie the financing guy was able to get the vehicle for me, He even says that the dealership is not a museum for this Armenian guy to refuse offers from customers, He didn't even know that my Q7 came with black wheels from the factory as being a Sport Edition.
No needs to have such a rude and sales rep working in the dealership treating customer the wrong way.

The reason I give this dealer a five starts it's because of Valentine the service dept guy and well Richie who is a magnificent person.

Took my car in for routine service, arriving before 9 am. Late in the day they indicated they couldn't finish the work that day, not because of unanticipated issues, just because they "got busy." What if I had been left stranded in downtown L.A. overnight, needed to get to an evening appointment, etc? Unacceptable service from a team that has usually been on top of things -- at their prices, commitment to service really has to be #1.

Took the audi in for a service and Jorge could not have been more attentive. He changed the key batteries free of charge. I will definitely be bringing my car back when Jorge is in. Keep up the good work!

Pulled in with a question about a warning light - was greeted immediately, had issue explained without being made to feel like a moron, and had it fixed right away, no charge, without being asked if we were even customers.

I've been going to Downtown Audi for years now and always come away satisfied. A highlight for me is being taken care of by Valentine Rautescu in the service department. I always feel he has my best interest at heart, he goes over all work that needs to be done, as well as options, he maintains great contact throughout the process, and makes sure I am set up with transportation until my vehicle is done. It is a pleasure to work with him. Audi makes beautiful cars, that is well known. I've been a faithful customer for 12 years. But something maybe less well known is the treasure that is Valentine. Thanks, Valentine and Downtown Audi.

I am impressed by the care and attention of the service department. I came in 3mo after purchase of a new Audi from another dealership located further away with two warranty complaints: a defective, distorted windshield and loud wind noise on the front door. Both are really bothersome when highway driving but are subtle. I was worried I'd be ignored or told I was imagining things. Jorge and team were outstanding, working through each issue with detailed notes on the service report and confirming the defects with the new car. The dealership also gave me a loaner car. The repair took longer than I'd hoped, 8 days, but I feel confident the job was done right and so do not mind. Thanks for the professionalism, courtesy, and top notch work. Even though there is another closer dealer, Audi DTLA will be my service center. A great job.

As I said to Audi of America when I called to complain, I have never spent this much money to be treated so poorly.

It took this horrible dealership two months to pay me the thousands of dollars they owed me on my trade in. I called at least 10 times; spoke to someone on 6 occasions and was repeatedly told the check was days away. Finally, after pitching a small fit, the dealership discovers the check was lost in the mail. They only realize this because they had already SOLD MY OLD CAR and realized they needed to get the title still. So on all those other occasions when I called for a status update, they clearly didn't check it out. Out of 10 calls, only the last call ever got a call back.

The best part was when I spoke to the general manager and asked him to do more than simply pay me what was owed to me. Let's be honest, if I missed two months of payments, my car would be repossessed. They should comp my service, as a show of good faith. Rather than make an offer to win my business back, the manager made it very clear he didn't care. Clearly the attitude starts at the top.

It is very obvious that as soon as you sign the paperwork, this dealership absolutely does not give a S**t about their customers. Buy from ANYWHERE else. These guys don't deserve your business. I complained twice to Audi. I intend to do it several more times.

we Came in to Audi with a slim possibility of purchasing a car but Derren went far beyond expectations! His customer service was so great no words can explain! We are very grateful for his skills and professionalism truly made us feel comfortable and not rushed at all. If you are looking for an Audi visit Audi of Downtown LA and look for Derren he makes you feel right at home.

Lies, lies. And more lies. I have owned nothing but Audi my whole life and sadly because of this location I m second guessing my favorite car brand.

From day one kit the sales guy LIED to my face to sell me a car and then the sales car manager acted like he didn t even want to deal with me and refused to return my phone calls.

As it turns out my car was totaled and was told misinformation regarding my gap insurance . Jack the financial manager was also very unpleasant to deal with.

Honestly DONOT go to this location to buy a car here. If you do make sure to go through the car with a fine tooth comb, make sure there is no physical damage anywhere on or inside the car, with mine the seat was covered in paper and protective plastic. and after I took the plastic off I noticed passenger seat was warped or melted looking. ( they covered it up with paper and plastic cover) They also lied about the car coming with navigation and it didn t . There was also a slight flaw in the driver side door. When I asked about these issues the day after I purchased the vehicle they referred me to the sales manager and he refused to return my phone calls. And they told me none of these issues were covered and that they were Preexisting? Really? I just bought the car from you free of damage . Andy was less than helpful he was probably too busy trying to meet his sales quota. # shark

Do not take your car here for service if it is under warranty as they will expect it to sit on there lot for 5 days and offer no loaner car even just for basic service.

I ve wasted so much time with them and honestly feel lied to and burnt out. For a luxury car brand this place feels more like a used car lot that they are trying to get these cars off their lot before someone notices flaws. #Swindlers and liers

I will never come her again. Every single department I had to deal with was clearly inept and could care less about customer service. Financial. Sales and service were total jokes. Go to Beverly Hills if you want an Audi . DO NOT Go here

Friendly staff and beautiful showroom. Within 3 hours, we got approved and signed our lease documents, had the car detailed, and received a final walkthrough of the car features. Highly recommend.
