Never been so pleased in all my born days. Caleb was amazing and went above and beyond the call assisting me. As a disabled shopper it isn t often you find someone who not only listens but actually takes the time to hear you and understand all the project components and requirements. Helped me find a way to use what I had only making it even better. So thankful and will always recommend this place in the future! Also, Travis was awesome too and even gave me a bottled water while I waited. You guys made my day and I can t wait to add pictures of the final project.

These guys are some of the most helpful guys in the flooring industry. And they have great prices!

I ve been coming here for 13+ years. I quit going a few years ago because they mark things up like 300% if you don t pay attention. I started going back a few months ago and so far everything has been great. I called today to get a couple sheets of 3/8 bending plywood and Angela tried to charge me $137 each. The going rate is $30 per sheet. Do your research before you pay for an item.

Great selection of solid and sheet, with sundries. Customer service is good.
However they charge too much for their sheet goods, on average a 20% more than Hood. Fact is, I saved so much by switching to Hood I was able to purchase a track saw. I need to thank Patrick for making me shop price.
I do buy paint from them still, the guys in the paint department are quite competent. However I will cease to do business if learn I am being over charged for paint.

For context I have been in cabinetry and furniture for 25 years and ran my shop for 17 years in Charlotte before moving here in 2015.

Friendly. Straight forward staff. If you know what you want, they won't beat around the bush but definitely willing to help you look around if you're trying to decide.
