Not only was it no pressure and lots of help narrowing down our choices but they had such great inventory to choose from. We re Audi owners forever and will be back!

I dropped off vehicle with my girlfriend to complain about a broken piece that was damaged while in service and the service manager rudely dismissed my girlfriend and told her not to talk to him as she was not the owner of the car. Completely inappropriate customer care and Ill never ever come back. This dealership is disgusting.

We bought our new Audi from this dealership this week. None of the sales representatives nor the receptionist were wearing face masks or practicing social distancing despite the current health order. They rushed us during the whole transaction and never sent a follow up thank you. Although we love our car we would not recommend that location nor would we ever go to that dealership again.

He worked out several options for me to suit my driving and financial needs and got the job done quickly. Purchased a CPO vehicle from MV today. Had a wonderful experience with David who was kind, very helpful, and patient with all my questions as we went through the lengthy process of buying a car. I m giving this review 4/5 stars instead of below average strictly on David s customer service over at the CPO lot. Once I went over to the main dealership, I waited over 2 hours in the lounge for the only finance salesman working on a Saturday to assist wrapping up the final paperwork. Entering Robert s office roughly 5 hours after I first arrived, he was dismissive, never introduced himself, and was visibly frustrated from the moment I walked in. He asked if I could review paperwork to make sure it was correct with my information and when easy fix mistakes were found, he became more agitated. He turned the exciting experience of buying a car sour with his short attitude and was extremely confrontational when I just wanted to thoroughly understand everything that I was signing as I was spending over $30,000 at his place of business.

Robert from finance was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had in my life and in all honestly if I was not trading in my old car and had another means of driving home, I would have left and come back the following day to complete all my paperwork with someone else. I felt trapped and quickly wanted the whole experience to be over which is a complete 180 to how I felt (a part from waiting 2 hours) prior to entering his office. He also accused me of hovering over him and making him feel uncomfortable standing to read the not-so-user-friendly desk electronic signing which when you re with multiple people in a room (and you ve been sitting for hours), you stand to make sure everyone can read the fine print. His hostile behavior made me feel incredibly uncomfortable and after explaining we just wanted to read the fine print we awkwardly sat down hoping to get away from him immediately and hurry up with this transaction.

I spoke to the manager briefly as I walked out about my unsatisfied experience with Robert but as it was now almost 9pm and I needed to collect my thoughts, I did not have the composure to express how unsettling the whole experience was. 2 hours later after leaving, I m still worked up about this and trying to not let him continue to sour the purchase of my dream car.

I toke my car for the scheduled maintenance last Thrusday and I it was just a great experience as usual. I had planned to wait for my car but Jorge Salceda who is my service consultant, told me this service would take more time so he put me on a loaner car even though I did not requested it when schedule the appointment.

The car was ready that same day on the afternoon and Jorge called me promptly to let me know it was ready. I picked up the car in no time, I just went directly to the cashier and they already had the papers ready to go, I gave the cashier the loaner car keys and picked up my car that was already at the front door, clean and ready to go.

Audi MV has a great customer service. From Sales to Maintenance and Parts. Everyone on the staff are amazing!!! I definitely recommend Audi MV to anyone in the Orange County who is in the market for a new car.

Customer service was not very good, but did find a great vehicle there! It was very prevalent that the finance personnel did not enjoy their job and did not make buying the car a pleasant experience. I knew more about the vehicle I was purchasing than the sales personnel. You can find decent deals here but don t expect the hospitality to be anything other than substandard.

They want to make sure you have the best experience, and that all your needs are met, and your questions answered. Great team! Recently purchased a certified 2013 A8 L. It has almost every bell and whistle, actually a bit too much. First car I have purchased since 2000 when I bought a 1999 corvette, yeah I know, a tad bit of difference. Anyway, I went to several dealers, wasn't sure what I wanted. I was turned off at most the other dealerships by either pushy salespeople, or sales people who had no clue about the car. On one test drive I asked the salesman what steering it had, he said, "good." MV Audi was a relaxed dealership, and my sales guy was great. I test drove two cars there. Really did not want the L versions, thought it too big, but it handles like a smaller car. All the people there are exceptionally friendly without being pushy about it. The salesman knew the cars inside and out. Was a great experience, while I was dreading having to deal with a dealership.

check your vehicle before you drive away..
service dept. damaged our car door.. they tried to not say anything..
they had car door fixed and repainted by Sterling auto body.. it was a poor job.. they had to strip and repaint whole side of car and it still does not match color...
then after all this get home and back up camera does not work..
the so called tech(hacker) ripped the wires from the plug and threw cord in glove box..(at least he left me cord)
it took me hours($$$) to fix what the tech (hacker) damaged..
I let them know this needed to be resolved and chirp chirp no call back nothing from john service manager... I took pictures and sent them to him.
yes they know who we are and welcome a response..

The service at Audi Mission Viejo was top notch. From the young man who greeted me when I pulled into the driveway, to my service consultant Denny Dong, to the young lady who arranged my loaner car and made sure it had gas, it was the very best experience. And this was two days in a row with the same awesome treatment.

The first day the car was in for routine maintenance. It was very busy and they still had it ready by the end of the day.

The next day I had to have the car brought back on a flatbed with a dead battery. Even though it was a Saturday, I was given the same courteous service and they had it ready to pick up by 5:00. Plus the battery was covered under the warranty!

I don't typically do reviews because everyone wants one these days. But this kind of stand out service deserves recognition. High fives!

I would have given 5 stars except for the fact that I had to call for status on my car. When I dropped off my Q5 at 9 am, I asked how long would it take for an oil change because I considered waiting. When he said 2 1/2 - 3 hours, I opted for a courtesy car. Thank goodness I did because when I hadn't heard back from my service advisor by 3 pm, I called him for status and after looking into it, he apologized my car would not be ready until 4. Then texted me confirming that it would be 4:30 with wash. I would have given them 5 stars but they really need to work on their followup.

I really appreciate the extra mile you went through to help me determine offset, wheel width, and hub inner diameter. I knew there was a reason why I drove all the way up to Mission Viejo to purchase my car from San Diego back in 2013!

These guys are great. I went to Audi Fletcher Jones the other day to get carrier bars and a ski rack but they were going to charge $50 to install. I went down to Mission Viejo and they ordered it and installed it for free. On top of that, they also washed my car as their compliment! Thank you guys.

I had a really great experience at Audi Mission Viejo. While this was my first time buying a new vehicle for myself, I had experienced the process at other dealerships with family members, and was dreading it - long wait times, stuffy waiting rooms, the haggling, etc.
I didn't experience any of that at Audi MV. I dealt with Cristian Laverde (highly recommend him), and we came to an agreed upon price quickly. They were fast to process the paperwork, and the final signing with Tyler in Finance took about 5 minutes. I would say I was in and out in under 2 hours (that includes everything from looking at vehicles, paperwork, car detailing, and the final tutorial of my new car). Most importantly, I felt really good about my purchase. I felt I got a really fair price, and I got EXACTLY what I was looking for.
Honestly, I'd be hard-pressed to go to any other dealership in the future, and would highly highly recommend Audi MV to any friend or family member looking to purchase an Audi/luxury vehicle.

First and foremost, I'd like to give a shout out a...

First and foremost, I'd like to give a shout out and salute to Jennifer Irving for making this past weekend rental experience happen. She's part of the marketing and PR department of this Audi dealership and does a great job of being courteous and prompt when it came to setting things up and any requests I inquired about.

You might be asking, "well shoot... how can I get my hands on a free weekend rental from Audi?!" It all started earlier in the year during a Yelp event which took place at Room & Board in Costa Mesa. Audi had a booth set up in the building during the event and a S6 convertible parked right where the entrance was. All I simply did was put my basic info down on a sheet of paper (i.e. - name, e-mail, and phone number) and threw my name into the box where they raffled off not just one, but two opportunities to rent an Audi for a weekend. Well, long story short, I forgot all about the raffle, and my girlfriend and I left a bit early to go to the mall next door. Within an hour after that, I received a call from Jennifer saying that I was one of the two people that one the raffle. Needless to say, I was very enthusiastic about the call and opportunity to finally get behind the wheel of an Audi.

Fast forwarding to this past weekend... Given the stipulation that the rental would be limited to around 250 miles, I figured using it for a San Diego trip would be the perfect opportunity to get a feel of a car. I shot Jennifer an e-mail requesting a Q5 with a pick up date of Thursday and return date of Sunday and within the hour she replied back and got everything in the books. After arriving at the dealership, my girlfriend and I went up to the receptionist (also very friendly and helpful) to pick up the car and within 15-20 minutes later, everything was all ready to go.

A sales person by the name of George offered (rather reluctantly though as his facial expression came off) to "show us" around the car and the basic functionalities. Needless to say, being a car enthusiast and tech guy, there wasn't much George said or did that I wouldn't have come across or figured out myself later on that night. Finally, before pulling out, we realized the tank wasn't filled up to the top as promised, but as soon as we mentioned it, the service department jumped right on it and came back 10 minutes later with a full tank of a gas. Kudos to them for also being on top of things in terms of service.

Now, I'm not going to go into full detail and review about my experience and thoughts on the vehicle here, especially since this review is specifically regarding to the dealership and my interaction with them, and second, that I am no Matt Farah or Jeremy Clarkson. But coming from a lineup and history of Japanese and American cars, I will say that my first experience being behind the wheel of a German vehicle was a bit different and it really does give you a sense of elitism. This coming from a Subaru STI driver, where the "bro" mentality and community is very real and acknowledging each other within each instance happens on the norm, I can say the same mentality and culture could be seen in the higher tier luxury car world. With that aside, it was a very pleasurable experience to be able to cruise down the freeway with pretty much no outside, engine, or exhaust noise infiltrating to the interior. City driving was also as enjoyable, if not better, making you feel like you're in a car commercial like the ones you see Matthew Mcconaughey do for Lincoln. All in all, I'd be lying to myself if I didn't say I didn't start falling in love with it.

After this past weekend and experience, would I consider an Audi? I'm not sure what my answer would be if my experience was solely based on a typical 5-10 minute test drive, but after being able to get a feel of how life would look like with an Audi as my daily driver... I would say "most definitely."

Very disappointed that the dealer and Audi did not...

Very disappointed that the dealer and Audi did not resolve the abnormal tire wear safety concern on my 2017 Audi Q7. It is not normal to have chunks of the tire falling off at 10k miles. Audi has a TSB for the 20 tire but this does not apply to the 18 tire on my car. It is the same issue, just different tires. They did offer to charge me $1500 for new tires and an alignment. Somebody should step up and resolve this obvious product quality concern before someone that doesn t check their tires gets hurt.

Spacious, comfortable and bright place. The front desk lady is kind and really cares about the clients. The sales manager, Mr. John Latko, is really helpful. He is sincere, honest, knowledgeable and responsible. I would recommend him to any one considering to purchase a vehicle. The condition of their cars is simply better than some other dealers I had visited. You can tell that they take good care of their inventory. Visit their web site, detailed information about theirs cars. I spent quite some time to do research about my target vehicle, and now I am a very satisfied customer.

Took my Audi A5 in because of a warning light. They gave me a loaner and sent me on my way.
Received a text later in the day saying my car was ready. When I picked up the car I was given a good explanation as to what was. This was my first visit to their service department. Good experience, and I will be back.

Just 5 minutes to drop off my car for a recall and get a loaner! I m not sure it could be done any quicker, I didn t have time to get a coffee...well done Javier! Beautiful loaner car I wanted to keep. As for the pickup, I received a text my service was completed, dropped off loaner and picked up my my car (5 minutes for the pickup). Impressive!

I never had any trouble with my Audi's and their value to price ratio is surprising. You get a lot of luxury, appearance, design, safety and just pure driving fun for your money.

Walked into Mission Viejo Audi last night and had a horrible experience. I asked to speak with someone about leasing options and was introduced to Oscar. He was very unprofessional and rude. After telling me that he was a sales guy and not a finance guy, he eventually answered his cell phone while I was at his desk. He then told the person on his cell to hold on, telling me that he wasn't going do the lease numbers for me and that I would have to find someone else, then continued his conversation on his cell phone. I told someone in the office that I intended to lease or buy a car within the next few weeks and I could either do it through them or go to their competitor. Oscar then replied that "maybe I should go somewhere else then" before getting told to be quite by someone in the office. Oscar was very unprofessional and unhelpful. He is reason I intend on taking my business elsewhere.

We got a second Audi literally because of the service we receive from Audi MV. Denny out service rep is always friendly, helpful and the work is always done on time or faster than estimated. We got rid of our Range Rover because of their service which is abhorrent and got another Audi because it s truly what you would expect from a luxury car brand.

This is one of the worst dealerships in all of Orange County, possibly just all of California. I purchased a used vehicle here back in mid-2017. I was promised the dents, scratches, and all other visible issues would be taken care of before receiving the car back. They would never let a car that looks and drives as nice as an S5 to leave looking like s___ (direct quote from sales manager). I waited... and waited... and waited for my car to be ready. Finally the day came after a long day of work. I got a ride over there, briefly looked at the car in the dark, and was just ready to go home. The next morning, on my way out of my house to work, there were glaring issues EVERYWHERE. I quickly called and made an appointment for a few weeks out as I work nearly 50+ hours a week and needed to be able to plan accordingly. The girl on the phone was very nice. Let me just make this clear that the service dept is great, it s honestly just getting past sales that this company struggles. Anyways, I finally am able to take the car in. I took pictures of the dents, scratches, noticeable scuffs where lame attempts had been made to repair damage, the jammed cigarette lighter, the broken nob for being able to navigate the entire entertainment panel, etc. When I arrived, I spoke to not 1, not 2, but 3 separate service people, throughly explaining the issues EACH and EVERY time. Finally the sales manager comes out and starts in on me, like I had done something wrong. I go through all of the issues, again, with him. He tells me, how do I know you didn t cause all of these problems? I said calmly, well, I don t know why I would ruin my brand new vehicle, how I would be able to even cause some of these issues, and oh yeah, I have pictures of the day AFTER leaving and having called service to set an appointment. He went on to yell and publicly embarrass me in front of the entire service team, sales team, and basically any customer or pedestrian outside, stating that I should have come in sooner, been more responsible, and they wouldn t do jack s___ for me because I didn t follow by their rules. When I explained I work more than 50 hours a week, called and explained every single issue to the service dept the next day, and simply just couldn t make it before this date, he told me he had a customer who is a dentist and had time to come in 3 days later when he found issues. What I SHOULD have said was why are you not fixing major issues that you promise to fix in the first place? Why is anyone having to come back and correct YOUR mistakes? But instead I got teary eyed and went to the restroom to escape the shame. After speaking with the general manager, Luke, things were fixed. Luke is a nice guy, and he did help. But I still am driving around in a car with problems. When first receiving the car back, it was incredibly dirty. I actually had to clean it myself despite the $800 amazing detailing the sales guy promised me. So, when I noticed a weird spot on the seat, I just tried to wipe it and gave up because I figured it was the nasty cleaner they had used (as there were other weird spots like that all over the other seats I was able to eventually get off). Fast forward to last week. I finally looked at the spot and was fed up the cleaner hadn t come off. I rubbed my hand across the spot to notice it was raised and had a squiggly line from edge to edge. It almost feels like it s a piece of coil from the heated seats, but that sits deeper in the seat. So, I explained this issue to the service dept. She looked at it and noticed it was a very weird spot. I get a call from her later saying basically that her boss said it s not their problem and they wouldn t do anything to fix it (please keep in mind I have the most upgraded warranty possible, I still have yet to find ONE THING these people admit that this warranty covers). I am sick and tired of this dealership. Please save yourself and go to Newport or even Beverly Hills dealership. I got completely taken advantage of by these people and regret ever giving them my business.

After having already owned rewarding Volvos in the past, we were conflicted between a beautiful Volvo S60 and an elegant Audi A4. So we decided to switch things up. That is, until the mofo tried to up sale us...When we told him that money was not a restricting factor, the salesman immediately lied to our faces that the car that we collectively chose upon had randomly "disappeared" in the system..and rather we buy one with more options but at a heavier price. So instead of a starting base price A4 with some select features for 36k.. we were pushed on to buy a 42 thousand dollar A4 with useless features like navigation, heated surfaces and whatnot. We decided that wasn't the way to go so we left. Right after, the sales guy decided to tell us that he found our vehicle that we wanted again. wow. what a coincidence. We bought the faster, sportier, better handling Volvo S60 WITH NAV for 35000. We never did really want German metal in the first place

Awful. Couldn't even get anyone to answer the phone to verify my appointment. Tried calling friday and saturday. Apparently the receptionist at the infinity dealership answers their phone and she likes to let it ring 20 times before picking up. I've always had a problems dealing with mission viejo just never mad enough to write a review. Try west covina. I won't by another audi because service and sales for that matter has been so bad.

This was the last of my AUDI care services and I was so impressed with Javier! He was thorough and explained the service details in advance. It was also an appt for one of the recall items for which they d recently received the parts. On top of all this, when I dropped off the car in the morning I d heard an odd brake sound on the left side- they were unsuccessful duplicating the sound so contacted the national Audi database to research and ended up replacing all 4 brakes when it was inconclusive, but just to be safe.

I can't believe I've already put on 15,000 miles i...

I can't believe I've already put on 15,000 miles in only 7 months, but I knew exactly where I wanted to go for my 15K scheduled service Audi MV. This was my first time working with Tom and it was definitely a pleasure. I couldn't afford to wait for my A5 to be serviced so Tom quickly got me in and out with a new A4 courtesy car and had my car waiting for me first thing the next morning.

Tom's a great guy warm, welcoming, honest and makes the whole dealership experience worth driving 25 miles to Mission Viejo for. He answered all of my questions, explained everything I needed in detail, and assured me this was a good place to be.

At first I was worried about coming down to this dealership because I had read lots of bad reviews (underhanded sales tactics, bait and switch deals, denying legitimate warranty claims, etc). But that was not the case for me.

When I came down to Audi Mission Viejo I was treated with respect, given plenty of time and space to inspect the vehicle I wanted (2013 Audi A8), was not pressured into buying anything and the sales team (Chris and Jeremy) even stayed late to help me close the deal.

I would highly recommend them and would like to do business with them again in the future.

I am never disappointed by the service at Audi Mission Viejo. A prompt and courteous greeting, easy process for a loaner and a call with any updates prior to notification my car is set to be picked up. Then it s clean and the paperwork is ready on arrival. No unexpected charges or surprises is key for me and they always deliver!

For as long as I ve had my Audi, this is the only place I take my car. Denny is AWESOME and always takes great care of me. He keeps me updated when needed and always done when promised.

Their staff is always friendly and professional. Facility is clean and welcoming.

Never had an issue. Always in and out quickly.

Took my car in a few years back because one of my window regulators broke and had to be replaced. Just recently I had the same issue with the exact same window they supposedly fixed. They had to replace the regulator for a second time and charged me again. Quite costly. I have to wonder if they know what they're doing.
