Carepoint is an excellent company to work for, I've been working for them for three years. The pay scale is competitable to other healthcare companies, they are very flexible with scheduling your work hours they have plenty of assignments, the office staff and the owners are awesome people to work for.
Carepoint was a true life saver for our family. We had an unplanned need and Carepoint was incredibly responsive, reliable and exceeded all of our expectations. We needed companion care to keep my mom safe- she is a fall risk while my dad was unexpectedly in the hospital. There were several providers over the span of a week and all were on time, caring and provided an overall great experience for my skeptical mother. My Mom has since even suggested reaching out for someone to help with some time over the next two weeks. We all felt the value of the service and are appreciative.
Carepoint has been assisting with my dad. They have been incredibly flexible with our schedule as he returned home from the hospital. Carepoint's staff sought to augment Medicare provided in home services and they have now become the primary source of care. They have been very helpful working to place the right resources at the right time for dad. They help with appointments, driving, groceries, cooking, etc. So thankful to have them assisting us.
I love this place! I have been using and currently use Carepoint to help watch my mother while I am at work. Since Dad passed away she is now home alone, and although she can still do most everything, it's reassuring knowing that there is someone checking in on her and helping her when I am not around. I tried another Senior Home Care company here in Charlotte, NC, and it was a terrible experience. I almost gave up on having someone outside the family help, but I decided to try Carepoint and I am so glad that I did. I frequently recommend their service to friends and co-workers.
