There are several dealerships between my house and the Mission Viejo location. I choose to go there every time because of the impeccable service I receive. Jorge Salceda in service is amazing. He has taken excellent care of both of my cars and me. Stacy Gordon is your guy when it comes to making your choice on your new Audi. He is very knowledgeable about his products and which ones best suit your needs. Stacy makes sure you feel confident about your choice and that you have the best experience possible. I know I'm in good hands and will be taken care of when I'm there.

From start to finish a completely professional transaction. From being greeted by Coby, a very respectful and cooperative young sales associate, to negotiation with the sales manager Wice, the total experience was exceptional. I buy a lot of cars and do my research and preliminary negotiation with a handful of dealerships over the phone so I was confident I was prepared. Having that information we worked together to reach what I considered to be a great deal. Within an hour of my arrival at MV Audi I was driving home in a new R8. It was my first experience at this store. If another Audi is in my future it won t be my last. These guys know how to do business.

Cliche experience as a single woman. I was manipulated into giving my number to a staff member asking for info on the community where I lived when he really just wanted to ask me out. Give me good advice and service on my car, not really. I was given the worst direction and advice that has cost me a lot of money though they will go out of their way to personally insult me or just violate my personal boundaries to make themselves feel better. I would go somewhere else if it was different though unfortunately this is how most car dealerships and service places work. It s awful. They are so condescending and rude. It s disgusting. I give them three stars because they have accommodated most of the mistreatment I have received though I keep getting mistreated so I am over it. No respect.

Many businesses underestimate the amount of customer apprehension, anxiety, and overall sense of overwhelm that comes from being uninformed and feeling out of control. The folks at Audi of Mission Viejo always provide the best service that I know. They make it so easy for me to get into a new Audi. Stacy Gordon, Luma and Michael Somsen provided excellent service, yet again, and got me into a new S5. This is my 4th Audi in a row that I ve purchased from them. I think that proves the point.

My old service advisor left and I have dealt with Monique several times now and she is terrific. Her professionalism and honesty have earned my trust as I feel very comfortable with the information provided to me to make a decision. Unfortunately in the service advisor world that is not always the case. I have found my new advisor at Audi MV!

I wasn t really made understood the situation of my tires ( which was leased less than 2 yrs ago) . If I would have made understood better I would have bought the tires at the dealership itself. No one walked me to the car made me understand the services are offered and what I am liable for. It was the worst experience with Audi after being a loyal customer of almost 7 years .

Jorge was my service manager and he did a great job. My only issue with the day was the loaner car. It was not clean. The inside was dusty and had scuff marks around the driver s seat and floor. The dash board was dusty. The back seat was also dirty and obviously had not been wiped down.

Their service is extremely overpriced and unethical. I own a 2010 Audi A4 Avant. It has only 73K miles on it. For the first few years after purchasing the car I was religious about having it serviced at the dealership, even though it was nearly double the price. One time, I brought the car in for them to swap out a burned out turn signal light bulb, and when they quoted $215 for the work (i.e. $2 bulb and 10 minutes of work), I decided to no longer get my service there. I could no longer trust them after being overcharged by that much.

For the past year my Audi has been burning an abnormal amount of oil. I literally have to pour in a quart of oil about every 250 miles. I recently found out that there is a known issue with the pistons on the 2009 and 2010 A4's which causes them to burn oil. However, instead of doing the responsible thing and issue a recall, Audi quietly settled and issued a 8 year 80K extended warranty on the pistons. Since they didn't notify owners of the extended warranty, I found out about this settlement on my own when my car had 9 years and 73K miles, so they conveniently said that it was no longer under warranty. As such, I appealed to the dealership for help and was told that they cannot help me due to the fact that I am not a loyal enough customer because I stopped using their services after about 4 years back when they were going to overcharge me to replace a bulb. I just don't understand how it is safe or ethical for them not to replace my pistons when they know it is a manufacturers defect in the model of my car. What happens when I am on a road trip it burns faster than I anticipate and it blows the engine on the freeway? It blows my mind that they are not taking responsibility for this. Apparently, it is about 5K to 6K to repair this issue.

I own a 2012 Audi A4 my passenger side headlight was out, I had purchased the bulb previously and just needed it to be installed, I made an appointment, when I got there they said it would take an hour of labor and cost $175.00... I left there and headed to AAMCO, I called them on my way there, they said they can put it in for me, they met me up front, took my car to the back and 10 mins later said it was done and didn t charge me a thing to do it. What a rip off the Audi dealership was in doing that!!

Worked with Chicago Joe throughout my used car experience - Joe went out of his way to over-communicate, even when I was traveling for business, and was proactive and courteous. I wasn't necessarily shopping Santa Monica Audi, I searched their website and found a car I was interested in, reached out to their used team to make sure it would be there for the trip and I drove from Orange County. I had a few others on my shopping list to see, but I made sure I let Joe know what I was doing and he made sure to keep me informed - full well knowing I could buy elsewhere.
I'm glad I didn't. The entire experience was very positive, and I can say that even though Santa Monica Audi isn't the closest to me, I'll shop them again when I need another car! Thanks Joe, and the whole Santa Monica Audi team!

Please contact me. The experience is poor. The dealer did not follow-up on the shaking left door, did not find out if their has been an oil change, there is no owners manual in the car, there is no response to my request for information. According to the car sensor, there has been no recent oil change, I am now forced to go to do the oil change myself. But I was told by several people that there has been an oil change at Audi Mission Viejo. Also the wing was not 100% glued down. Once the money has been paid there are absolutely no follow-up.

We turned in our lease on a 2015 Q7 that had a sticker price of about $65,000, with monthly payment of $700 a month. The best options we were given for a new vehicle was a 2.0 liter Q7 (or previous car was a 3.0) at $1100 per month, or a downgrade to a Q5 at $700 a month. Keep in mind the Q5 has a sticker of $48K, so we re going from $65K car at $700/mo to a $48K car at $700/mo. Audi Mission Viejo showed no willingness or flexibility to get us in the vehicle we wanted. We are good customers, we lease another vehicle from Audi of Mission Viejo, and we planned on being lifelong customers. However this experience has caused you to lose us permanently as customers. We are done with Audi of Mission Viejo for good, and likely done with Audi cars for good.

First off I want to start with how nice everyone is at this dealership. Everyone greeted me and just going in there showroom you could just feel the positive energy. Not to mention all the super cool cars in the showroom. Anthony Scolieri made the entire process so streamlined. Ask for Anthony he is very knowledgeable on all makes and models. Last but certainly not least big shout out to Moe Yousofzai the finance manager. He was super kind and had us in and out in no time at all. Such a great experience. I had a deal worked out over the phone with Eric and the internet sales team. I got down there and was in the finance office signing papers shortly after arrival with no hidden surprises.

Not only did I get an amazing deal but I also got amazing service. Would definitely recommend this dealership.

Very good service on sales and finance. Sales provided detailed review on variety of vehicles that we are interested in, provided comparisons for decision making. At the delivery time, sales explained new features of the car. On finance side, the trade in evaluation was very quick and reasonable for the value. On the additional services, finance tailored them to suit for our needs. Great experience for us on the car purchase. Cristian and Robert helped us.

I have dealt w this dealership only 2 times once when I bought my Audi and once when I returned the lease. They will tell you anything to buy but as soon as you buy that treat you w no respect and are completely incompetent. I have nothing but bad things to say about Audi now. Will never go near that dealership again. Love my new BMW where they treat you like royalty in comparison

In a world where customer service is on the decline, MV Audi is amazing! My recent visit was the best dealer service experience I ve had in 35 years of car ownership. I needed some specialty electronics programming done for a towing package. The 2 dealers nearby me weren t sure how to do, and gave rediculous estimates. MV Audi did the work for half the rate, and included a loaner and a car wash to boot!
The work was done on time, done right, and I got a confirmation call to let me know it was ready. All the staff were polite, knowledgeable, and friendly. As a bonus, the Q5 is our favorite car of the 20 or so cars we have owned over the years. See you again for sure!

I recently took my Audi in for service for the first time at Audi Mission Viejo. One of the easiest and friendliest experiences I've ever had at a dealership. The staff was amazing! Everyone was very accommodating and my service rep, John Cosby, was extremely helpful with my needs. I would absolutely recommend this service department for anyone that has an Audi.

Ron as always made the transaction seamless, I was in and out of there in a few hours surprising my wife with a new E Tron! The. Finance department was honest and even extended extra incentives for us to improve our payment without asking! Thank you guys so very much we are grateful.

I waited a week for the car to be fixed. Drove off the lot 1 mile and the same engine error came on. The car wasn t fixed. Had to return to dealer and leave for another 1.5 weeks. I also had the service department look at my brakes squeaking. They too said that was fixed...it still isn t. There was an overall lack of quality inspection to ensure the job was done right. I expect more from Audi given they are a higher end car brand.

I will say that Monique L. The service manager, was excellent and respectful. This wasn t her fault. I hope to have her again when I bring my car in

Excellent dealership! I traded my 2014 Corvette for a pre-owned 2017 Audi SQ5. Salesman Mark was great to work with. The final deal we negotiated was fair to both sides. Everyone involved was very friendly and professional and I will definitely use this dealership when I purchase my next Audi. By the way, this recent acquisition is the 3rd Audi I ve owned and shares my garage with a 2013 S5. These are amazing cars!!

Thanks to the distance to which the 3 Artists in the sales dept went to have me come looking for the car I called for, plus their effort to look surprised as they discovered a series of bad news for me led me to think that a reckless stunt was about to be pulled - having me leave the place with a car that THEY had in mind. I really was about to believe I was starring in YOU BEEN PUNKED if anyone shed me a hint of a smile. I couldn't believe that right in my sight the 3 artists were searching for the right moment to break the planned unthinkable news to me, the one news you really don't want to hear, and of all other sales people, it was the scary looking trio.

Amazed how I have been tripping about car that never existed, after a few consecutive leading discoveries from the 3 Artists, hoping to remain as a last defense to those unexpecting, here is my advice when in MissionViejo Audi - Blink At Your Own Risk, Salesmen may look scary discussing your outcome, & Your Negligence is Appreciated. I simply cannot go on about without mentioning those who deserve thanks. Ashley who went the extra distance to place the sold away car in Service dept due to an error only a fool would accept, followed up by sales mgr Greg who seems unpredictable as to what explanation he would offend you until you realize you are better off without a car from them, and will fabricate excuses you can't, until you understand one perspective to accept this better car, not what you had in mind, mainly for a sales hungry rep who wont hesitate to prove you wrong that it isnt your car that is gone, because look at this same looking, but more expensive one~!

Saw they had the car you wanted? make sure it is their own ad, which you are assumed to know without error because the burden of knowledge becomes yours who should know that all other ads are false. Needless to say, rest assured, the car you are called about has no reason to be gone. The trio will even call you back to confirm the availability of your car, especially when your car is already sold off days ago. Again, your car getting ready for you in someone else's drive way. Asking why the car is in Service will force them to admit the secret that the car just arrived and is just about ready, ready to become some other car~!

You, looking at the carfax statement, informed that the car had been there for months, controlling your worst case scenario, not wanting to let someone else have your car you cannot but rush to the dealership only to findout in the most heart breaking way, forseen in my case, that due to their consistent poor hearing they always make a mistake here and tell you they thought your inquiry was for another car more expensive than your vanished car. Dont be alarmed when suddenly surrounded by 3 above reps trying to admit their fault looking at you with a different idea in their plan.

The meeting with the sales people abruptly ended by them when I expressed frustration and they will express a customer they couldnt fool is not welcome and not worthy of another word of explanation.
I cannot but give them 5star in how perfectly they proved my suspicion verbatim.

If and only if you fail to purchase a car EVERYWHERE else, then come here - they have everything for you...

My service advisor was helpful at drop off, however it was a struggle to get a rental (which was promised to me). After I told I would be given a rental from enterprise the 2 people behind me recieved loaner vehicles! They finally decided the would give me a loaner when I brought this up.
Took me over an hour to drop off my car for scheduled maintenence and get my rental car.

Monique did a great job of taking care of me.
She went above and beyond what she needed to do. The Q7s have terrible brakes. They
squeal like crazy. It s the primary reason I will not buy another Audi.
I asked her if Audi has come up with a fix yet. She had the brake checked and informed me that they would be replaced.
I appreciate her putting in the effort to make sure my concerns were addressed.

Came here for a newly listed pre-owned BMW car. They firmly promised me that their price is the lowest within 500 radius as they've researched and guarantee that. Sale person Mark was nice but guess what they've failed to live up to their promised. I found several similar models with less mileage, clean carfax and more options at BMW dealerships ~100 miles away. They would not work the price with me. I guess we a fun trip up North is happening. Anyway, do your homework before you come so that you don't overpaid. Prices at Audi Mission Viejo are NOT the lowest.

Denny Dong and the Audi techs got the job done well and fast. As mentioned in my previous review, much more attention should be paid to windshield cleanliness. When I picked up my car I noticed again (same as last time) that the inside of the windshield was cloudy and smeared. Looked like someone used a dirty rag to wipe the glass.

I bought a Used 2019 Audi Q8 based on an Autotrader Ad. I went to the dealership to see the car and test drive. Roy Ball was very helpful, and knowledgeable, and continued his attention to customer satisfaction through the entire process of final sale. It has been about 2 weeks and I am very happy with the car, as well as my buying experience with Mission Viejo Audi.

Fantastic customer service! Vlad(service drive) and John(service manager) are fantastic and extremely helpful/knowledgeable/honest. Highly recommend, however go early if you want an Audi loaner vs an enterprise surprise!
