Update: I just learned today that we were lied to about Ding Shield (the extra service the finance manager sold us) - what we were told at the time of purchase that they cover is not what is actually covered. The entire service is basically BS. Any ding that does not have paint damage is not covered - how will you avoid paint damage when your car gets dinged. I would not recommend doing business with Audi of Mission Viejo.

Amazing customer service they always treat you special when you come in. The staff seems to remember me and says hi. They have some amazing cars here and do some amazing work when I bring my car in for service

I had been looking for months for an Audi A7 and thought I had found the perfect one at the Audi dealership in Mission Viejo. I was curious why the price was so low, so I called to ensure nothing was wrong with the vehicle before I drove all the way from Chino Hills to see it. They assured me nothing was wrong and they are priced to sell. So I made the trip out there and things slowly went downhill from there.

- Upon looking at the car, there were things that weren t disclosed including the car being in an accident and damages on the inside
- When I tried to negotiate to get some of the interior fixed, Phil the manager , became extremely argumentative and rude. He acted as if he could not care less if I bought the car or not and I was an annoyance to him for even being there.
- I was finally taken to the finance department and met with Justin. He made me feel more comfortable about the experience. I needed to get things lined up with my credit union because it was the weekend and they were closed. I contacted Justin on Monday and let him know the Credit Union was still closed due to Presidents Day and that I would have all the info over to him the next day. Turns out, Justin was out for training on tuesday and Wednesday which he neglected to tell me. I contacted him on his cell phone several times throughout the next couple days and asked if he could have another finance employee get me the info I needed since he was out of the office. The only response I received from him was him telling me that he would reach out to Larry, another salesman, and that Larry would contact me. Larry contacted me only to advise that someone was looking at the A7 I was trying to buy and then later to tell me it sold.

I truly felt like nobody at this dealership had any regard for myself as a customer. I expected much more professionalism from a luxury dealership such as Audi. Not only was I disrespected by Phil but the lack of communication by Justin led me to ultimately lose the car I wanted. I would not recommend this dealership to ANYONE and will never return to buy a car here either.

I have yet to be disappointed. They were able to schedule my car service with short notice. I am always pleased with however is assisting me. Great service department, Great dealership!

This was my first visit to this Audi Dealership for service. I moved here recently from another area. Jorge was my service advisor and he was absolutely amazing! He went above and beyond with customer service and explained everything that was being done to my Audi A3. He thoroughly checked for possible recalls as well of which there were 2 and those were also repaired! Jorge will always be my go to!! My experience from dropping my car off to being repaired and picking my car up was flawless and stress less

As usual the service staff at AMV was extremely professional and took care of everything I needed. I enjoy going there (and there are lots of new cars to look at!). I have serviced 6 Audis there over the last 10 years

Working with the sales and marketing team at Audi MV has been a remarkable experience. I purchased a used vehicle from them in October 2013 and have nothing but positive things to say about the internet sales department and my overall experience buying the vehicle. The process was smooth, quick and most of all I did not feel like a number and received excellent customer service.

I also had the wonderful experience of working with Jennifer Irving in the marketing division when Audi MV offered to work with me and my charity supporting Saddleback Memorial Hospital. Jennifer was extremely professional and I can't say enough about the tremendous support Audi MV continues to offer to support local philanthropy and we will be forever grateful for their support in our golf tournament. We were even fortunate enough to have someone make a hole-in-one which Audi MV was sponsoring and that process was just as smooth. Thanks again to the wonderful folks at Audi MV. Your customer service is top notch.

Came in with 60 K miles, for a oil service, and tire rotation, was sold a 65 K service, for $470 Discounted to $370 after complaining. George was not available. Too expensive for me...

Great service, great experience, gorgeous automobile! I LOVE my Q7, a pure joy that offers the smoothest most beautiful ride.

The service department website appointment scheduling system failed to make our service appointment. Also, we called twice to confirm our appointment only to receive the service department voicemail.
Fortunately, Denny was very helpful when we came to drop our car off. He greeted us as soon as we walked in and took care of all of our service needs. In the future we will simply call him to set an appointment.

Zero stars for the website and voicemail systems, but five stars for how helpful Denny is.

Audi MV not only accomadated my schedule, they dropped me off and picked up from work when my car was finished. They kept me updated throughout the process with timelines, and listened to my concerns with my car with zero judgement or irritation. As busy as they were at 720am, they never once made me feel like I was in their way or an inconvenience.

Great eye for detail. Offering every convenience to make to client feel special and valued. Would recommend them highly.

Can't say enough good things about this dealership. I live in Santa Monica and bypass many dealerships to work with the people in Mission Viejo. This time around I worked with Paxton who is amazing. I was very impressed with the Customer Service John Hatcher the Service Manager gave me when I came in with questions regarding a few services on my Audi S5 model. He went through the check lists of maintenance on the car, and went above and beyond to make my experience a good one after a few uncertain phone calls I made earlier in the day regarding my car. Denny was also great to answer any questions I had on my car and followed up with me with all my paperwork once my car was finished. This dealership failed to RESPECT their customer and do what they promise to do. I bought the car 2 months ago and still don t have the keys of the car!!!!!!!!! I talked to 2 sales guys, one was Oscar, very rude and unprofessional, the other one just showed up on emails and delivering the car. The sales guy talked to me about his ba*** and said when I say something, I stand on my word, which not only was a big lie, but also a very rude and disgusting conversation. All they do here is to hustle clients. I have a video of all details and their customer service too. Will upload and make sure EVRYONE trying to go to this place, would definitely see this video and my review first, then deciding to choose this dealership for themselves. Worst case I ll start a lawsuit too.

Let me just say two words..."FIRST CLASS". From start to finish my experience at Mission Viejo Audi was AWESOME and I thank my salesman Jay Asefi for that & being a true car veteran. Very knowledgeable about the 2017 Audi A7 & battled for a fair price for me. Honestly, I was treated like family. I ordered my vehicle the end of Aug 2016 but was promised it would arrive before my birthday Nov 17 and guess what??? I'm driving it...and it's so sexy!!! Love that car! The paper work was quick, easy & I was in & out. I'll let you know how my service experience goes in the future because I plan on making Mission Viejo Audi my home dealership. The most professional service we've ever received from a dealership. Informative, friendly and not in the least bit 'pushy'. Great advice on a vehicle that fitted our needs and our budget. Our sales rep, Steve was very patient with us and after sales were fantastic in preparing a second key for us as the car only had one key. I would definitely recommend these guys if you want a great service.

I was skeptical to return to this dealer as I had a bad experience 8-9 years ago while getting my old Audi serviced here (yes, I have a hard time letting things go). But I took a chance and I'm glad I did. This was far and away the easiest time I've ever had buying a car. My work schedule is extremely hectic these days. I was ending a lease on a Mercedes ML350. Fletcher Jones was insistent that I be there in person to discuss anything about a new lease. This opened the door for a dealer that was willing to work around my schedule. I spoke to a few different brands/dealers but Matt Wilson at Audi Mission Viejo was the only one that actually listened and worked with me to get the car I wanted. Absolutely professional from beginning to end. I'll also add that Robert in the finance department was pretty stellar too. Very easy group to work with and I'm extremely happy to be back with Audi!!!

This was by far the best experience I have ever received from any car dealership or mechanic. Audi Mission Viejo gave me a fair price on a really complex engine repair. I worked with Jill Holder and Javier in the Service Department, and they were great. I received daily texts with updates on my car, and they were professional from start to finish. I will never buy or take my car anywhere else after receiving such good prompt service.

Had a decent experience with service on my 2011 Audi R8, but I've been trying to call finance department for 2 days in order to purchase extended warranty. Called 4 times over two day period, left 2 messages and still haven't heard back...lost a current and future customer.

I love this dealership! I live in San Diego and drive all the way to Mission Viejo because of how honest and helpful they are. This is my 3rd Audi though this dealership and I ll be getting my 4th through them. My service manager Roy is the best!

There is plenty to like about Audi MV the place is great it makes you want to buy a car. Great selection both new and used. Only gets a 2 for me because as much as i hate to talk price, if i didn't want to negotiate i would have gone to big box store dealership. Just the pompous answers were enough to make me think twice. You are a dealership so one expects to deal, not a deal just "to deal" but they told me they will be taking a loss on a car lowering the price $500.00. Look at this dealership and tell me that they lose money. And as i was told "this has been working for us, so we'll keep doing it" -Jason Audi MV

It was my first service with my new Audi A4. My representative Greg was very professional and helpful. He made the experience a very pleasant one.

People make mistakes; companies make mistakes. When companies fail to make good on their errors they cease to be worthy of public support. It is my belief that this dealership, its online SMs, and GM do not deserve your consideration when looking for a vehicle. Mission Viejo Audi failed miserably to correct an error that cost me considerable time and money. I negotiated to purchase at 4WD 4runner at asking price and FLEW from San Jose to OC to complete the transaction. My mission was to transport this vehicle back to HI (where I live and which they knew). Upon arrival and test drive I discovered the vehicle was RWD and NOT 4WD as advertised. At this point I am in OC after paying for a ticket to fly down and was then left having to get transportation back north. There were no apologies. No effort to assist in a solution. No reimbursement. No discussion from a Sales Manager or General Manager. The staff simply looked blankly and stood quietly. A lower level employee was simply introduced to me as my driver back to the airport. It is unfortunate when an organization makes a mistake and from a management perspective it can be uncomfortable to right that wrong...but the way this group handled the situation or failed to handle... it felt like a pack of sleazy used car salesmen pulling a bait and switch...but dressed in nicer clothes and flanked by shiny Audis. Imagine if I had the car shipped to Hawaii directly as suggested by them. There is a pungent layer that has smothered any true integrity at this dealership. Look elsewhere.

Anthony was great, but I only have one key fob, and I have to pay $500.00 for a second one. I was unaware that I would have to pay that much. This wasn t disclosed to me until I was in the process of filling out the paperwork.

I've taken my car here for service twice and the customer service here is nothing short of phenomenal. On top of being urgently taken care of by friendly staff my car had Audi Care coverage at the time and they offered to do extra services despite the unusually low mileage before the coverage ran out. Unfortunately I have moved out of state since then and am no longer able to use their excellent services. Instead, I'm stuck with and at the mercy of the local dealer in Ohio where I currently reside (see Audi Connection reviews) and have to deal with the terrible customer service offered there. Judging by the way they reply to customer reviews, it looks like Audi MV really cares about its customers unlike Audi Connection who simply ignores the feedback.

Disappointed with services provided. Got there on time reserved a loaner, told there was no loaner. Sent to Enterprise who had no cars, wasted our morning. We don't believe the problem with the car was addressed.

Anthony and Wice went above and beyond to make my purchase experience pleasant. I will definitely return for future purchases.

Easiest car buying experience to date. I live in Incline Village on Lake Tahoe and found my dream S4 manual transmission online. I worked over the phone with Cristian at Audi Mission Viejo. I was able to fly in and complete my transaction in less than an hour and drive the car home. I love the car and would highly recommended the dealership.

I found this really nice A4 and I had already been approved by some bank that is supposed to help people with bad credit get a car, but when I showed Simon my rate he was astonished. He said he could get me a lower rate and he never gave up or forgot about me just because of my bad credit! He treated me like any other customer and that made me feel so great! I had to wait until the next day for their banks to respond but Simon and the Audi finance team really did it! They gave me a rate far lower than I had expected and got me into the car I wanted!
